AAA Service did send out an estimator who took all the notes to provide an estimate for the job. The estimator did notify me that they could not change out the light fixture, that it would require an electrician to do that. Approximately a week later a received an estimate for the work...which was the primary reason I did not choose this contractor. I found the estimate to be difficult to read and/or understand (I don't think an estimate should be a scanned image of handwritten notes). Although the price was comparable to other estimates, the presentation of the estimate gave me cause for concern. I also never received any follow up regarding the estimate from AAA.

Great guy- George came out within a few days of my call. Was very thorough! Waiting for estimate, can't wait to start remodeling!

I called this company for a bid on doing some remodel work at my home. I needed two bathrooms remodeled and a hallway/closets put in. The process took six months to get two different prices...the second one came in twice as much as the first one and was so much higher than anyone else. They sent different people each time to come to my home to review the project and each time I spent at least an hour explaining the project. They blamed all the confusion and price differences on "growing pain" within the company. After receiving the second bid at twice what the original one was and going through what I had been through with them, I was exasperated and received a call from the owner. He apologized and personally came by to introduce himself. We were burnt from the whole experience and frustrated we had wasted six months on this one company. The only reason I say that I would hire them for future jobs is that maybe they have their act together now. Just BEWARE....and watch your clock!

They were too busy to give me an estimate.

When he got here he said that it was really easy and I could do it myself. I saved a lot of money. He told me exactly what to buy. It cost me $25 and he said if he had done it it would have been a minimum of $150. He was very nice and honest. I would have him again if I had a problem.

AAA employees are the absolute best. Polite, trustworthy, experienced, very tidy and just a pleasure to deal with. Since most of the work is done by them, they are fantastic. They truly know how to collaborate on a project. Joe Logar is a class act and his foreman Glenn is as good as you will ever find anywhere. They dealt with every issue expeditiously, they always put as much quality into their work as you could ask for. I never once had to question the outcome of any part of the multi faceted project. I have heard the nightmares of other people. A great quality job. After they finished the job, we sat and they asked for feedback on how they could improve. I understand they have already made changes so that a time line and what it means to tear up a home to a homeowner will always be clearer. I wouldn't even considering using someone else to do any remodeling in my house, you shouldn't either.

They gave me an estimate, but it was much too high.

Glenn was supervisor for the crew, and all of the workers whose names I cannot remember were polite, courteous, and timely. The price included both disposal of the old material and pick up of the new material; all material and labor costs. There were defects in the pressure treated lumber that I was not too happy with, but I was told that that is what you get nowadays.

The representative was prompt, professional, and very courteous throughout the interview. It was a pleasant visit, and we were appreciative of his insights and suggestions. The sole reason we chose not to employ this company in this particular project was the pricing, which we attribute to the possibility they're use to external remodeling or kitchen/bath. From five bids, four ranged 3750-4400, and AAA Services bid $7600, which was not in the ballpark for further engagement. We will, however, consider them for future projects more to their core scope, based upon their professionalism.

We cannot speak highly enough about this company. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous in every detail, in every contact we had with them. At one point we encountered a problem with a subcontractor. Joe Logar, the owner of AAA, stepped in and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. He showed integrity and strength of character that cannot be beat. The work that AAA performed was excellent. Glenn, their carpenter who installed the cabinets was a genie. I believe he can work out any problem. There was a problem with a blind corner cabinet door not opening correctly due to the oven door being too close. He deftly created another hinge for it, and it works perfectly. I know I must sound a bit over the top in my praise of this company, but their service was wonderful, and I want them to get credit.

Joe Logar and his team are great people to work for. They kept us in the loop of everything that was happening and actually went out of their way to do some things they did not have to do for us. In fact, when we were through with the Kitchen. Bath remodeling, which took about 2 months, we hired them to remodel our Hot tub area. They will be through with it this week. They are absolutely the best.

My overall experience was very positive. From the beginning the work was handled in a very professional manner. Phone calls were returned, my estimate both visually and in writing was performed as requested. The work was done in a very puntual and professional manner by both the electrician and dry wallers. The price was a little bit higher than anticipated and estimated, but the work involved much more than originally quoted due to damage.

JOE DID A VERY GOOD JOB ANSWERING ALL OF MY QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, AND CONCERNS AND I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. I LOVE THE REMODEL OVERALL AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME. THE CABINET GUY INITIALLY CAME OUT AND MEASURED AND TALKED TO ME BUT DID NOT ACTUALLY SHOW ME THE CABINET COLOR BEFORE THE FINISHED PRODUCT AND THE STORAGE SPACE IS SMALLER THAT I EXPECTED.

The consultant that came out first to do the estimate was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They also fixed damaged wood behind the trim and replaced that for me. They were professional, courteous, and punctual. They always cleaned up after themselves. They were experts in their field. The owner was very available and involved in the whole project.

Courteous, helpful but the job price was going to cost much more than I anticipated--for a room I don't use.--took awhile for the estimate to come back, the company wasn't used to enclose sunrooms and they too were surprised by the cost.

Jorge telephoned before he arrived at the house. He arrived promptly. Jorge was very helpful, thorough, and patient explaining in detail all that was to be done with the house. He was personable and professional. The workers arrived promptly and worked in an efficient, proficient manner. They left the house in excellent condition and were neat and tidy. The work they performed was excellent and we will definitely be calling the firm again to do remodeling.

They were very good with installing them, and they worked very hard with the heavy windows. They were very courteous and did a nice job.

Great to work with! Very responsive, punctual, and stayed on top of things. All members of the crew were pleasant and very skilled. My one comment is that homeowners might find their own sub-contractors to be less expensive than the ones AAA Services uses.

I would never ever consider them for a job.

They did a good job for me, but I believe they could have been more straight-forward about billing. There were a lot of extra charges rolled in, which put the total at about twice the original estimate.

The estimator, Jorge, was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. The foreman and crew were also very professional, polite and performed the work resulting in excellent craftsmanship. The entire project was completed ahead of schedule. Both, the foreman and the owner Joe Logar, kept me in constant communication on the progress, changes, recommendations and always listened to my requests and desires. Considering the quality of the project, the timeliness and the professionalism, the cost to value ratio was very fair. I would highly recommend AAA Services of Central Florida, inc., 727-447-7112.

Definitely not the cheapest contractors, but it was worth every penny. They are punctual, they clean up nicely and they do very good work. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Working with the staff at AAA was great. The crews were friendly and professional and all did a great job. The office staff was pleasant and helpful. They handled everything with such professionalism and grace - I will definitely use them again. I strongly recommend them to anyone who is considering any type of rehab or construction job in their home.

Joe from AAA Services was very knowledgeable and explained all anticipated work. The workmen were very courteous, and quite efficient in the way they approached the project. I felt the price was reasonable, and the final product excellent.

Our experience with this company was outstanding. All individuals that came to perform work (including subcontractors such as plumbers & electricians) did an excellent job. Workers arrived as scheduled and completed their jobs professionally. Each day either work was being done, or someone was coming to inspect the work. AAA Services was excellent in coordinating all these aspects of the remodeling work.
