The quote received by AAA Services of $7275 was more than two times higher than the next lowest bid.

I was very impressed with Joe Logar and his entire team. They were very responsive to my needs during the entire project and even when a few issues came up after the project was completed. During the construction process, I was able to meet with the project manager (Glenn) several times and go over my concerns and issues and he always made sure that things were done to my liking. The final price did come in higher than the original estimate which was due some to the many additional items that I added and due some to the allowances being higher than estimated.

It was a tall stack and they seemed to be the only one's to work on it. They did the job well.

The entire job was carried out in a timely fashion. Leor, the on site supervisor, was superb in organizing all of the subcontractors. He did his best to keep us informed of any holdups and of the progress being made. We cannot say enough about his professionalism throughout the project. Despite a very tight schedule, Leor and the owner, Joe Logar, put forth really extraordinary effort and completed the project on time with only very minor details to be completed; we were able to have our expected company with no hesitation or any inconvenience. We would have no hesitation in using them again, or in recommending them to others. We have already, in fact, recommended them to friends.

They were prompt. They came out twice. They worked well with architects to get the estimate made. The guy was courteous and answered all our questions. We did not go with the company because it was just too expensive. They were helpful and gave a detailed report. Estimated cost was $28,000.

Signed contract in March 2006 and waited for necessary approvals, etc.. Work began in November 2006 and progressed in an orderly fashion. I was able to remain in house in empty bedroom, serving as my "den." I had old microwave, recliner, card table, desk, and TV that allowed me to function. The contractor and subcontractors, and all workmen were above reproach in their courtesy and consideration to me. My neighbors remarked on the professionalism of everyone. There were days when I did not feel very wheel. the workmen would get my food from the old refrigerator in the garage and bring it to me in my "den." The work was very extensive and wasn't completed until the middle of April 2007. I cannot praise your service enough. I wanted a qualified contractor and had the best. I am finishing the process by upgrading the landscaping by someone from your list. Joe and Doris Logar are people of the highest professionalism whom I would recommend to anyone, and I have done so.

When they sent us the estimate it was for a room addition.

The project would have gone better if we would have had a different AAA Services subcontractor than the company they provided us with. The company was the only subcontractor given to us by AAA Services that install modular cabinets. We checked out the company on Angie?s List. Later on, we found out that the company was not the same company that was listed on Angie?s List. Even though both are listed in Largo, they are different. The one listed on Angie?s List does not seem to be in business any more. Maybe, the one listed sold their business and the name to the people we ended up getting. Unfortunately, due to the bad experiences that we had with the company, AAA Services has to one to suffer in this report. As the prime contractor, AAA should have better control over their subcontractor. All negative ratings below were due to the poor work of the company. A separate report on the company has been submitted to Angie?s List.

The man who came out seemed to be very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his presentation but when I got the estimate it was the highest one I received. The contract was very short in what they would do and pages and pages of what they wouldn't do. I wouldn't deal with them.

They arrived promptly on the agreed upon time and date. There were 3 carpenters and later the same day 2 drywall installers arrived. They moved and replaced a number of items from the garage each morning and evening. They had the old drywall and all the debris removed and hauled away from our home that same day. They installed several 2 x 4 pieces as needed to more properly install the new drywall and set to the installation. It took 2 of the men parts of 3 more consecutive days to install the drywall, tape and mud the joints, install the finish, prime the surface and finish paint the surface. Each morning they started promptly at 7:30 am and went to work. They were very efficient and effective. Each of the 5 men that were on the site was pleasant, well-spoken and polite. It was clear to me that they were experienced workers. They did an excellent, professional job. They left the garage each night, and especially, at the end of the job completely cleaned up.

Punctual, very sensitive to our needs (used drop cloths to collect dust). Very professional as well!

I was really happy with their work. They are very professional and competent. They are also very creative and really know how to make a job look good.

I can not say how it went because it never got that far. I do not know if I would hire them again, I had to put either yes or no, there should be a I don't know button. If they came out when they made the appointment or at least called to reschedule I might still hire them.

They did what they were supposed to do and were very professional. They did a good job and I would use them again.

He gave us a sales price of almost $25,000. He had called my husband a day or two ago and said that his boss really wanted him to sell sell sell and let us know that he was willing to come down or match on his price, whatever it took. In as much as our final choice of bath remodel systems was almost $10,000 cheaper - I didn't bother calling him back because I knew he wouldn't come down that far without compromising his quality. He was a little upset when I called him this morning and told him I was going with another company. I felt badly about it because he spent a lot of time at the house and gave me a complete listing of everything he would do for us in his estimate, but it was pretty inflated.

They were prompt clean and tidy. They did a great job.

We also received an estimate from another company that was not as extensive in scope as AAA Services and therefore less expensive and more within the money we had set aside for the work.

They are wonderful workers. They do a good job of cleaning up after they leave for the day.

We were very happy with the work performed by AAA. The project manager, Glen, coordinated the work done by both AAA and subcontractors and kept us informed each step of the project on a daily basis. All the AAA workers were a pleasure to work with, began each workday on time and with a positive attitude. When a few unexpected problems surfaced, AAA workers took care of the issues quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend this company for all types of remodeling projects.

Jorge came out at the scheduled time. We discussed the project, he took pictures and offered suggestions. It was only at the end of the appointment that he mentioned they were scheduling appointments in July right now. Since this is a project that we want to have done now, that bit of information would have been beneficial when I called to schedule the appointment. I would have saved him the trip.

This was quite a large project and the results are fantastic. There were a couple bumps along the way having to do with mis-communications, but Joe handled them very professionally and honestly. The first had to do with the lack of steps on the drawing for my new wall and Joe took care of the adjustment at no cost to me for the labor and concrete. The second was overlooking an electrical item that needed to happen before the pour. They were happy to do it however it did add to the bill. The contract clearly stated that electrical was not included so that was on my end...fair enough. I found AAA on Angie's list and have since used them for many home projects. All of them have run smoothly and I will always use them for future projects. They are not the cheapest contractors out there, but with contractors...you always get what you pay for.

I had to call twice to get the job scheduled. The workers were prompt, neat and thorough. The job was done as estimated. The electrician they brought in completely capped off the electric, and I only found out as I talked to him when he was leaving. He then did it properly. The supervisor of the job had told him the wrong thing. I had to have them come back to finish off the corner of the wall that was wavy. They came back and took care of it without any problem. I was told that I may have a credit for the plumbing and electric since it probably cost less than estimated. This was not automatically done, and I had to call back three weeks later to ask for the refund, which was then given. I think the price even with the refund was very hight for the work done, although they did what was needed properly.

The interview and presentation regarding the work to be done was very good. The price was agreed upon and contract signed. A down payment of one third was made. The tile roof was cleaned and soffit screening repaired. The work took longer than anticipated, but it was accomplished in one day. The roofing sub-contractor came a couple of days later and coated the flat roof. They did not have enough coating because they stated that the area to be coated was greater than specified in the contract. We authorized the additional expense ($200) and the job was completed. We later were able to contact the AAA estimator with whom we signed the contract. He stated that for some reason he had mis measured the flat roof and came with an estimate for a roof 150 square feet less than the actual square footage of our roof.

The whole project went well, except for a few glitches with the cabinets (which the contractor kept on top of at all times). All the workers in my home were professional and courteous. I was always kept up to date by the contractor. There were no surprises. The work was excellent. The room is a show piece.

George advised me on the different ways to finish this side of the house and he helped me decide what would be best for the home in the long run. His price was not the cheapest for stucco and painting, but it wasn't that much higher than other people who I interviewed. This company's high ratings on Angie's list made me decide to try them. The workers came on time, ran a very clean worksite and did a fine job. The office staff was easy and pleasant to deal with and Joe, the scheduling foreman, returned all my calls when I had questions.
