They did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with them. The guy from AAA serviced called me everyday and gave me updates. I was very happy with that. I had to pay them more than they quoted because they found some more work that was wrong. They explained to me what was going on. I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off; I felt they were very honest with me. I am going to use them again for some material work.

The work was completed as promised within the expected time frame. We were able to customize the job to meet our specific needs by selecting the tile, the hardware, and the placement of safety bars. All workers who came to our home to complete their portion of the job were professional, hardworking, neat, and polite. The owner also took care of all building permits and arranged for all required inspections. Our remodeled bathroom looks beautiful as well as being much more safe and useful. It was truly a pleasure working with this company.

Great crew who are friendly, neat and very knowledgable. The owner Joe and his wife were a pleasure to work with. Good communication is hard to come by these days so this was a breath of fresh air. I will certaintly use AAA again.

They were a little too expensive when we talked with them. It was at the height of housing boom. We have put the project off at this time. They were punctual, professional and nice.

They came out, they called in, and he was punctual to give me a price, which was ridiculous. The other company did not even quote me a price. AAA wanted 400% of the price in labor. The guy that came out was the owner and he was respectful. He did a follow up and gave me a prompt quote. I was just not happy with the price and I would not use them again in the future because of it.

Scope of work (and therefore price) increased during construction. Very flexible contractor - fair and honest.

They were great and we might use them when we do the project.

I had termite damage on an outside wall. They had to replace everything including the stucco. The only thing that was original was the windows. They were always on time. If they were going to be delayed they called me. When they were done you couldn't tell that there had ever been damage. I would recommend AAA Services to anyone. I would use them again in the future.

My experience with them has been a positive one. They are very professional at their work. They also have different numbers you can call for different questions, like categories. The person who gave us the estimate also acts as a project manager, and he is a kind person. I always felt that they hired painters, cabinet makers and electrical workers and they are a good bunch. I felt that their pricing may be a little higher, but was very satisfied with their responsiveness and professionalism.

They kept it within budget and they did a fabulous job. They were always on time. They were clean and we felt comfortable having them and their subcontractors in our home.

They promptly answered my phone call, gave me helpful information on the phone, sent out someone to see the work site within a day, called with a price, and came the next day and did the job. They arrived on time, did the job as agreed upon, and finished early.

Their price was four times higher than what we ended up getting the work done for.

They kept us updated with everything throughout the process. The service was exceptional. The guy that managed our project was Jorge. He was excellent.

They are very knowledgeable, professional and always are very timely and if they can't do it at the appointed time, they will call and let you know. We would recommend them to anyone.

I always like dealing this company. I like dealing with them but they do contract out their work now, which affects their price. They are very knowledgeable. They were on time and looked professional.

They were very punctual and they gave us a very detailed estimate. They were very informative of the work. They price every part separately so I could do some now and some later. They are very flexible.

The work turned out excellent. They did it all in one day, came on time, and did everything right. Very prompt and very responsive.

My house has custom windows. My house requires wood framed windows. They were not able to help me. They did no work but they were nice enough to try and help me work with the company that the windows came from. Because the company the windows came from only deal in wholesale and other businesses.

The experience was very good. The quality of the work they did was good. Their punctuality was good. They returned phone calls well. I would use them again in the future.

The workers for this company they don't do the work they just hire subcontractors to complete the service. I had no problem with the company that they hired to do the work, but when I needed a bill the insulation company they hired gave me there bill which was only $500.00 and then I received the bill from AAA Services and they charged $700.00 more for the referral to hire the subcontractors.

They were very excellent in what they did, we were going to do it ourselves because we couldn't get anyone to help. But then using Angie's list I found this service. They came out the following day, wrote up the work, faxed me a proposal, and it was more involved than I would have done personally. Not the cheapest guy on the block, but he did it short notice and got it done very fast. They did not interrupt my business. Performed the work as stated. The proposal was way too lengthy, and very vague on the price. The core drilling was impressive. It was a pleasant experience.

At first there were some difficulties in getting an estimate. George, the foreman and estimator, was on vacation and another staffer was sent and showed up late. I subsequently received a total of five estimates due to too many hands in the estimating function. I contacted Joe, the owner, who was extremely accommodating and cordial. He assured me it would be rectified and it was. In fact, he called me while away on vacation. How many owners do you know that would do that? I was immediately impressed with him and therefore his company. We received a final estimate and proceeded with the job. Their staff was polite and professional and neat. Whatever minor glitches occurred (and they were minor), they were remedied immediately. I'd use them again and I'd recommend them to family and friends.

They were conscientious and made sure the work was done right. They responded to any glitches quickly, no questions asked. They followed up and sent some one out to clean the house.
