They were very good. They are service contractors. Their service and work was very good. They gave me a quote. They did what they said they were going to do. Their price seemed to be reasonable. I would use them again in the future if need be.

He is the best contractor. I had him do some work for association. Then I started doing some renovations in my house. He is excellent I can’t say enough about him. I’m impressed by the quality of his work and punctuality. He is the best in the area. For the last work he did for me, he had the master carpenter come in, who has worked for him from thirteen years. He is on Angie’s list. I would use him in the future.

They came out right away to remove the railing. The furniture was delivered. The day the furniture was delivered, they called me and asked if we wanted them to come back and put the railing back on because they were in the neighborhood. I was just getting ready to call them, so I was very pleased. The owner and the two guys that work for him are excellent. I would call them for anything. I plan to use them in the future for anthing that I need to have done.

He met me out here, was very thorough in his explanation of what work needed to be done, and he was timely with his estimates. His estimates were very competitive. I really liked the guy. He was a very nice, personable, and knowledgeable guy. He also seemed very nice. He gave me a date, and stuck to it. I liked him.

Some of the siding and timber was hard to match but they did a great job at a reasonable cost. Excellent repair, professional team, good communication and cost was very close to estimate even though it was difficult to know what damage was done before opening up the wall. Site was kept well organized and tidy during work. Will definitely use them again.

I selected AAA from a number of Angie's List listings - partly based on proximity, and partly based on "grades" and client reports. I phoned the office and within a few hours, Joe Logar, the owner, phoned me to set an appointment to come out for an estimate. He arrived when promised and said I would receive an estimate via email the following day. The estimate met my estimation of what I thought this might cost me, so I contracted with AAA to have the work done. [Due to the damages in Pinellas County, caused by an unexpectedly bad storm the end of March, AAA was unable to take on my job until the following Monday.] The owner, Joe Logar, came to the house later in the week with his subcontractor, Walter - to outline for him the work he had promised me would be done. Walter showed up with his crew on that following Monday, and they worked without letup from about 9am until 3:30 pm. Everything was done exactly as Mr. Logar outlined and the crew left the 2 areas immaculate upon departing. Every bit of debris was cleaned up, swept up and hauled away. The texture pattern of the porch ceiling was perfectly replicated (the porch ceiling does not have a smooth finish) and the dining area plaster was done so smoothly that (once painted) it will be difficult to tell where the "seams" are. Mr. Logar, Mrs. Logar and Connie Stein were all very personable in their dealings with me - but even more importantly, they were all extremely professional. I came away with the feeling that this company has good leadership, and good staff. I will definitely use them again. There is work I have planned farther down the road.

We had several estimates that included having to repaint the entire ceiling. Joe Logar estimated the work and stated that AAA Services could repair and repaint the damaged area without doing the entire ceiling. Joe's craftmen, Elyezer and Carlos, came at the scheduled time; did the ceiling repair; and repainted the area. Ely and Carlos' work was so exceptional that we cannot tell where the damage was. In addition, Ely and Carlos prepped the area to contain all debris that would be generated. They spent almost as much time prepping the area as they did doing the work. When they finished, there was nothing left behind and nothing we had to do after them. The cleanliness is unlike any experience we have ever had with service personnel in our houses.

They did an excellent job. They knew what they were doing. Everything about them was just wonderful. They were always on time. They did the work that they were supposed to do and did it correctly. It prevented the water from coming in on my porch which is why I had the French drain put in. I would use them and recommend them to anyone as well. It was worth every penny.

A service man said the squeaking noise in the dryer was a bad bearing. I had them replace it but the bearing removed looked like new. I think the squeak was from not being level.

We had water seeping in around the fireplace in our family room during heavy rains, but were not sure exactly what needed to be done fix it. We called AAA Services and Joe Logan, the owner, came out to assess the situation. He recommended a concrete curb, 20 feet long and 12 inches deep, be placed against the house around the fireplace and that a nearby down spout be extended to move rain water further from the house. He e-mailed a detailed estimate the following day. After thinking it over, we scheduled the work. A few days before the work was to begin, we asked if his crew could also install a built in microwave oven for us while they were here. We had intended to do it ourselves, but found that it needed more cabinet work than we had anticipated. He stopped by and gave us a verbal estimate the morning that the crew came and we agreed to have this done as well. The exterior work involved digging up part of the landscaping along the side of the house, building the form and pouring the concrete. After completing this, the two man crew installed the built-in microwave for us. A few days later, the crew returned to remove the forms for the concrete and to reattach and lengthen the down spout. The crew was polite, well groomed, and competent - people that you would be glad to have doing work in or outside your house. They left the landscaping in very good shape, cleaned up their work area, and did an excellent job on the microwave installation. After each portion of the job, Joe Logan called us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and I was really impressed by this commitment to customer satisfaction by a contractor. When I noted that the down spout extension did not match the color of the existing downspout, as I had annotated on the signed proposal, he picked up a matching piece from the company that replaced our gutters and fixed it the next day. While we will not know for certain if the water seepage problem is solved until the heavy rains this summer, our experience with this contractor to date has been outstanding.

They were great. Would recommend them to anyone. They were professional. responsive. on time, and communicated very well. When you called them, someone answered the phone, and if not, they got back right away. They did a great job on my siding.

Great customer service & communication! Was punctual and able to do service within 24 hours. I am a full time property manager so having a resource like this is invaluable. My regular window guy was on vacation so I needed to find someone who could take care of things in a professional manner. After call ing a few others who could not help until next week....AAA Services was the company! Great find! Very satisfied with the service.

Everything did not go well. They never showed up for the estimate and they never called.

They were fantastic! They did an excellent job in keeping their work area isolated & clean; they were on time and professional; the quality of the work was outstanding; and Joe did a great job in keeping us updated on their status. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others!

They say they service Hillsborough County so I called them. They need to be more specific and say parts of Hillsborough County like they specify parts of Manatee and Sarasota County. They said Thonotosassa was too far out for them.

The service and quality were impeccable!!! George, Carlos and Eli were on time every day, called me as they worked though the project to keep me informed, and always asked for my "go ahead" on any additional work that was needed before proceeding. They cleaned up every day before they left, were polite and working with them was a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do additional work for me and would recommend them without hesitation.

I would use this company again. The wooden T-111 panel walls of my utility room were water damaged and needed to be replaced. I called AAA Services of Central Florida, Inc. and Joe Logar, the company president, contacted me to set up an appointment to give me an estimate. He came to my house on a Saturday morning exactly when he said he would to determine what was needed for job. The job was complex. Not only was carpentry involved. In addition, my electric meter, telephone service, air conditioner cut-off switch, and certain plumbing all came together on the back wall of the utility room and had to be dealt with. I received the written proposal the first of the folowing week and accepted it. The crew of two carpenters and an electrician arrived to do the work on time on the day agreed and ready to start. They worked hard all day with only a short break. Part of the morning in a drizzling rain. They did a good job tearing off the old wood panels and replacing them with the new Hardie fiber-cement panels. Many of the cuts and connections were difficult, but the work was completed as promised. I am satisfied with the work and have had no problems. The crew did a good job of removing the old material and cleaning up the job site after they finished.

We have two bathrooms which need to be renovated. We had a flood and there was extensive damage. I called this company and the first thing they inquired about was the budget for the job. I gave a list of the work that needed to be done. He asked again what the budget was; he said he would call if they were interested in the job. He became defensive and aggressive when I asked why he needed that information. I was clear about the work and did not want to disclose that information. I want to keep this information confidential. It was an uneccesary and uncomfortable experience.

We took several quotes, and chose AAA over similar priced outfits because I liked their professionalism. There were a couple false starts, but once they were on the job, it was over quickly with good quality work. The price was equal to the quote.

He said he would mail me an estimate, but it has been two weeks, and I have yet to receive one.

They did a great job. He was very clean. There was little to dust. It only took two days to finish the work. They were great.

This is a very fine company. Joe, the owner, and his workers are total professionals and nice people. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did the work quietly and thoroughly and all evidence of the water damage disappeared.

They have been very good so far. They are very nice and polite. They made suggestions. I will grade them high across all categories.

I was very pleased with them and carpenter knew what he was doing. He was punctual and polite.
