Joe Logar is the best. He can translate remodeling ideas into reality. We were very selective in our materials and designs. Joe is flexible and a great problem solver - very important in this business. We were looking for top quality performance and received it. This was our first major renovation so we wanted to go slowly and carefully. We also kept getting ideas and had to incorporate those into the original plan. Joe works with all excellent tradesmen, suppliers, and craftsmen. They were all very professional. The results of the remodeling are stunning. We are so completely satisfied with the work, that we are planning another three room remodel (master bedroom, bath and living room)!

Before we started, we talked to or attempted to contact a few Angie’s List general contractors on the phone. AAA Services gave the best impression by phone so we asked for an estimate for the first phase of our remodel, the bathroom. We gave them the job and are very happy we did. Before and after pictures are included below. We completely finished the bathroom before we proceeded with the kitchen because before Angie’s, we had nothing but disappointing experiences finding reliable good contractors. AAA was a pleasure to work with. There were occasional hiccups, but Joe, the boss, always smoothed it out. The best part of it was that we never had to wonder who or when people would show up. Joe always let us know what was next, kept it moving and controlled the permits and the work flow. So it began with the bathroom, then the kitchen, including rearranging it, then windows and interior and exterior doors and new lighting and fans throughout. We witnessed all the work and have utmost confidence in it. The finishes are perfect. Joe, his wife Doris, Joe’s crew and Countryside Tile were the most excellent standouts of his team. We wish we hadn’t waited so long to comment in Angie’s. It just seemed like there was so much to say. The main thing is that we love our house! It was a shambles when Joe showed up, but he and his crew turned it into a beautiful little jewel box.

I contacted AAA for an estimate about a full 2nd floor remodel. He came out within 2 days to evaluate what had to be done. I had to call twice and send emails just to get them to send me the estimate 3 weeks later. I reviewed the estimate but had simple questions like 'when could he start?' and a small clarification about a window he was going to put in. I called and emailed again with no response and finally had to threaten him with a poor report on Angie's list just to get him to call me back a week later. He said he had had a family emergency and that he wouldn't be able to do the job after all. I'm sorry he had a family emergency, but he does have staff who could have called in all this time that I was trying to get in touch with him to say, 'sorry, but we've taken on too much work and just won't be able to do your job in the time you'd prefer to have it done.' I don't need specifics, but I do need a little common courtesy.

We had a large wet spot in the kitchen ceiling of our townhouse. AAA did an excellent job removing the wet portion of the ceiling, finding the source of the leak (toilet flange) and repairing the leak and the ceiling like new. We also had AAA repair two other portions to that same ceiling at the same time and are very pleased with how the repairs are unnoticeable. We were very happy to get a response from AAA. I was concerned when we did not get an immediate response, but we did hear from them within 48 hours. Many other companies either stated they could not help us or did not respond to our request for a return call. We would definitely use AAA again.

It went great. Two different workmen did the jobs. The first one fixed the door in about 8 hours. The second one did the closet work the next day. It took about half a day. Both jobs turned out very well, and I was very happy with the results.

They performed the work exactly as promised on the committed dates. Since they completed the work we have experienced several heavy rains. We have not had any evidence of any water issues. We are delighted with the results.

They were absolutely excellent. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the work they did and will use them again in the future.

There was some minor confusion as to getting this small job scheduled but that was resolved promptly with a phone call. What impressed me was the crew for this job was early waiting at the curb when I went out to get our paper, promptly ringing our door bell at the appointed hour. Clean,quick work and good information on using flat paint to cover the repairs. We did get an invoice this last Saturday 1/21/12 for the repair work which had been paid on completion 12/5/11. That was resolved with a phone call the following Monday morning with an apology and very prompt emailing of a paid invoice that afternoon which I appreciated. We will be having plaster ceilings repairs done later this spring and intend to contact this firm for estimates.Later we will be looking at a larger project in renovating our laundryroom/pool bath shower room and, as is our custom depending on the ceiling repair, we would again contact this firm. We normally try a contractor of this type with one or two small projects anticipating a larger project. This allows us to judge on a small project what we can expect later on a much larger project.

I did not go with them because of the price they quoted me. Their prices were expensive. They showed up when they said they were going to show up.

The job took a couple of days. The workers were very careful to execute the repairs while avoiding any damage to the surrounding furnishings. The ceiling repair was flawless. Due to the nature of this type of drywall repair, it's virtually impossible to get a ceiling repaired and re-textured so that the repair is not visible. Even though I know where to look, the drywall repairs are virtually invisible. EXCELLENT job! The shower tile job was accomplished on time with high quality work. AAA Services of Central Florida comes with my highest recommendations.

They were very knowledgeable and very professional. They really seemed to know their stuff. I had a couple of other quotes and their quote price was in line with the other quotes that I received. They were good. I will get a quote from them again in the future if I need to.

Everything went well, we just haven't done the work yet since it was such a busy time of year for us.

The company responded quickly to my request. The owner, Joe, was prompt and gave me a fair price for the repair. His crew was right on time and did a very good job. I would use this company again without hesitation

They don’t really do the work themselves, they subcontract everything out. They are very professional and I have been happy with the work they have done. Everyone that they have sent to my house has been excellent. Insurance is only paying for some things, but AAA’s prices are competitive. The quality of their work is excellent. He may not be the cheapest but you are getting quality work.

I was very pleased with them. They were very professional and they did a good job. They cleaned up well and everything turned out well.

We made a 10AM appointment with AAA to get an estimate to enclose an existing carport. What was needed was siding installed on one long side of the carport, a door, electric installed, and if possible opening part of an existing shed, and rework the shed door to swing out. AAA called at 0900, one hour prior to the scheduled estimate to say that "it would not be cost effective to come to our home in Pasco county (which they state they service) to provide an estimate. I give them an overall D for their honesty and calling to let us know they would not be there. However, I am disappointed that a top rated company would not provide service in Pasco Co. Not sure if their evaluation of what needed to be done would not provide a good profit margin and do recognize that they could have come out and given us an estimate far above others, thus ensuring they would not get the contract.

They did an excellent job. The workman they sent knew what he was doing, was very professional and got the job accomplished. I will use them again in the future.

I havent used his services yet, but I really like him. He was not pushy. He gave a good impression.

Excellent, on time, very clean, workers had on booties. Courteous and efficent.

I need drain work done. I'm thinking about using them.

The gentlemen that came to give the estimate were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They listened to everything I wanted and were genuinely interested in doing a good, thorough job. Unfortunately, their estimate was more than double that of all the other estimates we received from other Angie's list contractors. I was disappointed because this company was my first choice, but I couldn't justify the extreme difference in costs.

Everything went well. They did all of the work quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. They were easy to deal with as well.
