The job took about 7 weeks but they made sure I was comfortable as this was a HANDICAPP job done for a Veteran and paid for by The Department of Veterans Affairs, I want to commend Joe and his staff for there patience with dealing with the Veterans Affairs as the paper work took longer than the job. Joe and Connie thank you from the bottom of my heart. The end results were beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to any VETERAN or civilian alike.

Excellent. Very pleased. The technician was very personable, knowledgeable & courteous.

Roofer done great job. Sheetrock work on interior wall job had to be redone, Walls were wavy. He didn't fix the entire problem. Once I had to figure out what else needed to done to keep the water from damaging house in the future. When I called him to say the water would run down the soffit and fascia in the future and damage the house. I got attitude and was told he done what he had promised, he gave me the name of a company he recommended for gutters. I was very disappointed that I needed to call another contractor to finish the job. I called a professional to do a thorough job and did not get it.

We called AAA Services and Joe Logan, the owner, came out to assess the problem and emailed an estimate the following day. We called and scheduled the work. The crew came out as scheduled and performed the work.. They were prompt, courteous and polite. Everything was done professionally. We will not know for certain if the water seepage problem is solved until we experience heavy rain.

This was our second major project we completed with Joe and his workers/suppliers. We keep coming back because of quality and results for a reasonable price. We can't say enough good things and we have some more plans to work with this great company in the future. Our friends cannot believe the change our home. We have already referred him to others for major projects.

AAA Services of Central Florida Inc. are very courteous. I only have good things to say about them. They were prompt. There was something that we were not satisfied with. We told them and they fixed it immediately. The house is elevated, so they had to fix all underneath the siding and other work outside. They put in a patio and some new stairs. They were expensive, but you get what you pay for.

After getting three separate quotes for the repair, I felt that Glen from AAA had the best solutions and best prices for the repairs that I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the existing exterior construction of my house, and offered me simple solutions that he backed up with years of knowledge in the Florida handyman industry. They were also one of the few handyman companies that were able to make repairs using scaffolding, as my house is three stories high. My biggest problem was a rotted window header that was causing occasional water leaks into our house. One of the other companies I priced was pressuring me to replace the entire window, even though I felt that the window itself was still in good condition. Glen was confident that he could replace the header without disturbing the window, and it was replaced just as he had promised. The rest of the work was completed within the time promised, and was actually under budget, even with some tasks that had been added. My house now looks great.

We were very pleased with the qualify of AAA Services work. There crews and subcontractors were professional and respectful of the property, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. We chose and secured all of our finishes, but the quality of the installation, and timeliness were excellent. Joe was great to work with, and the final bill was very reasonable. I recommend them, and would be willing to use them again should we need more work done.

The pricing was good. The work was done quickly. I talked to them over the phone and they were very nice and helpful.

They are very prompt and very quick about giving a quote. They are very easy to work with. I can call them up, and on the very first name basis they remember the work that they have done for us. So it is a good relationship. We always get a quote from them just so that we could compare with what other people are doing.

The team was very friendly, professional and courteous at all times. They made themselves available to us via phone. However we signed a contract with the builder for approximately $6500. Upon receipt of the final bill, however, we were billed for $7900. We had not been told about the discrepancy, and felt that was wrong. After going back and forth, a compromise was reached between the two numbers. We were happy with the workmanship, very happy with the foreman, but would warn others who use these people to be very, very careful at all times checking and re-checking what the total amount will be, so they don't get caught off guard with a LARGE discrepancy like we did!

My project was a large one and took approximately one month to complete. During the project, the workers were always very professional and pleasant. The workers always cleaned up the workspace at the end of each day. The project was completed when expected and there were no hidden expenses. The quality of the work was above reproach. I am beyond pleased with this company.

I had several contractors give me quotes and they all had different ideas to solve the problem some ranging form a cheap/quick $400 fix to a major repair of $3000+. When Joe came out he had a completely different idea from all the rest and a median cost. He was very confident that he could fix our problem and then went as far as to guarantee the work. His team came out and had the work done in no time. After they were done I noticed that the guys had gotten some concrete on my exterior walls. I called Joe to tell him that I thought it should have been cleaned up a little better and within a couple days the mess was cleaned up. No more issues and my wall looks good!

Glenn did a very professional job - both managing the process and carrying out the finishing work.

Joe came and reviewed the work to be performed. He then scheduled a return visit with his carpenter to finalize the estimate. The work was performed in two days and the quality of the work was excellent. The workmen were neat and cleaned up after the work was complete. The counter top had to be mad by others and was installed at a later time. AAA worked with the counter top company to match as close as possible the original counter top which was 29 years old. The result was well done and looks far better than the bare wall that was there. Over all the quality and craftsmanship was better than we expected and the timing was great.

The workers co-operated with us regarding time tables and hours to start work in the AM which helped since I work til midnight 5 days a week. Inspectors came at certain points to check that the work was being done following code and of course it was. The length of time from start to finish was a little longer than first estimated but the total cost was within my estimates given at the beginning. We had allowed extra time on our calendar just in case there was any delays. All details were taken care of in such a way that I had not even needed to be concerned about doing any painting or touch ups afterward. The tile person was able to stop at the store in Tampa to pick up the tiles for us which cut out a delivery charge. The contractor in charge of the carpentry work was able to foresee "problems" with our original plans and solved them for us with good suggestions. His experience with similar situations really helped. Having such excellent craftsmen for us to hire means more than a beautiful master bathroom. This definitely increases the value of our home.

Joe came over and did an estimate. Once we decided to go with AAA it was pretty straight forward and simple. We had to wait a few weeks to get going because we had to wait for the new exterior door to be delivered. The delivery and ramp up for the project got underway. Fortunately Joe was able to make sure the start date for the project commenced upon my return from an unexpected out of state funeral. I want to take a moment and commend Connie as well. I worked with her over email and through the phone. She was very professional and was always helpful for things I needed. With the funeral and a few other things I had going on I know I was probably somewhat of a pain to deal with at times, but they never made me feel that way. I truly appreciate that and want to say thank you! Once the project started it went very smoothly. There were a couple of minor change orders which from my point of view were handled seamlessly. Joe was on top of everything and his guys were outstanding. The subcontractors for the tiling, electrical, and plumbing were fantastic too and the whole team worked together well. The job was done in fewer days than were originally projected even with the changes. My husband is a very particular person and he commented after seeing the finished project that we have found a contractor for any work we need in the future.

Did a great job. Arrived on time, was completed efficiently and well. Would recommend.

The services of AAA Services of Central Florida Inc. have been good till now. What makes the difference is that I am in Canada and they are doing the work at Florida so they are very helpful. 'A's across the board for them and I would use them again in the future.

Requested an estimate for restoration work following damage from Tropical Storm Debbie. Soonest appointment was two weeks from when I made my initial contact, set for August 6 at 11:30 am. Connie from AAA front office was very nice - called back about a wek out and asked for an earlier appointment based on owner (Mr. Logar) calendar - set for 8 am. Received a voicemail from Mr. Logar at 7:32 am on 8/6 stating that he had car trouble and would have to reschedule. Called Mr. Logar back (on his cell) - got his voicemail. Left message with AAA's answering service at 8:30 requesting a call back (office does not open until 9). Called office at 9:30 asking for status; Connie stated Mr. Logar was at a 9 am appointment but would call back to reschedule. Received call from AAA at 1:50; Mr. Logar explained that based on his vehicle trouble, other appointments and his upcoming vacation that he would not be able to schedule an estimate. I confirmed that meant not at some future time; he stated he was at a point when he "needed a vacation". Owner couldn't make an 8 am appointment but apparently could make a 9 am. Won't offer to give an estimate at a future time. Wasted my time.

I initially tried contacting this company for home repair work that is needed due to losses incurred during Tropical Storm Debbie. Favorable reviews by other members led me to contact this company. My first call to them was on a Friday. I talked to a pleasant woman who confirmed that AAA did perform the type of repairs that I was looking for and did indeed service the New Tampa area. She further informed me that I would receive a call back from either the owner Joe or his lead carpenter Glenn by the the end of the day to schedule an estimate either on Saturday or early the next week. I did not receive a call back from AAA until Monday afternoon.On Monday I was told by that same AAA representative that they did NOT service the New Tampa area. Now this news is totally contrary to this particular company's profile in Angie's List as well as in an ad featured in the Angie's List mail periodical. Their ad specifically states "Serving all of Tampa Bay". Last time I checked, New Tampa is part of Hillsborough County, and a part of Tampa, thus a part of the Tampa Bay area. This was a total waste of my time waiting on this company. The add is misleading. To help other future customers please clarify your service coverage area.

All is well they did an nice neat job. Front porch is back in place without tearing up my tiles. They cleaned up everything and left no mess behind.
