Description of Work: I had a number of minor electrical repairs I needed done. Frank replaced the remote in my ceiling fan, replaced to ceiling light fixtures and added a dimmer switch. He came out about 2 weeks before he did the work to look at the ceiling lights so I would know what to buy to replace them with. He also looked at another light which I ended up not replacing at this time. He did not charge me for this first visit. I would definitely call AAA Certified Electric in the future, and I would ask for Frank.

Description of Work: My disabled ex-sister in law lost power in her Condo rental. Power company checked and there was power to the meter. Called AAA and the owner showed up about 1 hour later. He checked the circuit breaker in the apartment and there was no power to the box. He could not access the meter room in the building since it was locked and the maintance guy was gone for the day. Land lord lives out of state and the Condo office and maintace guys quit at 10:00 a.m. Was able to get the maintance guy later and the problem seemed to be a tripped circuit breaker in the locked meter room. Long and short, AAA Certified responded but could go no further because of the locked meter room, he did not charge anything for the call, and I called him later to thank him. I need some electrical work done at my home and will definitely call him when I am ready to have it done.

Description of Work: The power was out in two bedrooms and it turned out I wasn't re-setting breaker correctly. They were outstanding in that they did not charge me for the service call and only charged a nominal $20.

I had to call this company to come back twice, because they didnt do the job right the first time! They misdiagnosed the problem with the wiring for my hallway lamp as well as the outlet they worked on. They also gave me an estimate before the work was done, but the final cost was double the amount in which they quoted to me! It took them a while before they would return my phone calls, so it seemed to me that they were very unprofessional.
