My tenants kitchen lights didn't work, I tried new bulbs at first and when that didn't work, I knew I better call Bill before I made a mess of things. Bill found the problem in the wall switch, replaced it and all was good. I remembered that my ceiling fan wasn't working and he wanted to come over to check it out while he was here and with in 10 minutes he found the problem, a bad remote sensor, and told me what I options I had.

He came when scheduled and evaluated the problems, fixing what he could while there. He returned a few days later with the replacement parts and completed the work.

Bill, the owner, has reduced the size of his business from the last time I used them (about 15 months ago) it is just him now. There is a little wait before he can get to a new job, but he was here when promised (to the minute). He completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up. He can be hard to reach as he won't answer his cell phone while he is doing the job (bless him for that!). But he calls back within 24 hours. I am very satisfied.

I had a hard time connecting with this company. I thought I had an appointment set up on a Friday for the following Tuesday. I received no confirmation call on Tuesday and was unable to reach them Tuesday morning. I did not receive a call until 1PM Tuesday asking if they could come over. By that I time figured they were not coming.

I appreciated the fact that this company was up front about their scheduling delays. Would possibly consider them for future job.

Very nice, on time and did a good job. He didn't realize that he needed to put together the lights, but didn't mind the extra work. He cleaned up. Will use again.

They were very good, very quick. I don't remember the price, but it was similar to other companies that I've used.

Bill was very prompt, very professional and reasonable in price. He explained everything that needed correcting. He made sure that I had at least one power outlet when he left even though he had come only to determine the problem and provide an estimate. He called to schedule an appointment sooner than I had anticipated. He arrived 15 minutes early and charged $25 less than his estimate. This is the second time that I have used Certified and on both occasions I have been very pleased and highly recommend them.

The service rep returned our call quickly and showed up as promised. He explained our options and even suggested a less costly and less messy solution to our situation. We were impressed and would highly recommend these folks to everyone.

Representative from AAA Certified Electric did visit my residence PM on 30 June 06. Estimator did not present a business card, even though I asked for one. Estimator did perform a through inspection of the work I desired and gave good advice. Estimator always spoke in well manner tones and appeared professional. Estimator stated that he would send a detailed estimate of the work. I have not heard from AAA-Certified Electric to date. On 10 Jul 06, a representative from P.H.M Electric (whom I had called about the same time as AAA-Cert. El.), called and asked if I was still interested to have work done. At 1100 hrs., 10 Jul 06, a Mr. Mike Ellis (P.H.M) arrived to preview the job. He stated that he could do the work in 1 1/2 - 2 hrs., and could do it on Wed. AM 12 Jul 06. I agreed and P.H.M. completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I called AAA-Cert. El. and left a message to cancel my proposed work with them since they had not responded and he stated it would be Aug 06.

They told me they were booked for 3 weeks.

EXCELLENT...EXCELLENT... I was very pleased with Bill's honesty, professionalism and knowledge. He was polite, prompt and neat with each task. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks Angie's list.

DID EXCELLENT WORK, BUT I FELT IT WAS A BIT OVERPRICED.

FLAT RATE FOR LABOR, ELECTRICIAN IDENTIFIED PROBLEM QUICKLY AND WAS VERY QUICK TO PURCHASE AND THEN INSTALL NEW BREAKER.

PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME & VERY NEAT. I WAS VERY PLEASED. VERY EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH THE PRICE. I HAD GREAT CONFIDENCE WHILE THEY WERE HERE. THEY DID OTHER THINGS LIKE RUNNING WIRE THROUGH THE ATTIC.

BILL CAME OUT AND REVIEWED THE PROJECT WITH ME; WE WORKED OUT THE DETAILS AND HE SENT ME AN ESTIMATE. WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID EXACTLY WHAT I REQUESTED.

COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WAS ON TIME, NEAT APPEARING AND PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE IN A PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS MANNER. WORK PERFORMED BY HIS ELECTRICIAN AS SCHEDULED AND IN A VERY EFFICIENT MANNER.

I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. AS ANYONE WHO HAS DONE A KITCHEN REMODEL KNOWS, THINGS HAVE TO BE DONE IN STAGES. BILL WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AS FAR AS SCHEDULING ALL THE DIFFERENT VISITS. THE GUYS WHO CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY, NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

SERVICE WAS PROMPT. ELECTRICIAN WORKED EFFICIENTLY. COST SEEMS COMPARABLE TO OTHERS FOR SIMILAR WORK IVE HAD DONE.

FRANK WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF INSTALLING THE NEW FAN AND REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE FAN. HE WAS VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND NEAT IN HIS WORK. HE HAD MORE TO DO THAN WAS ORIGINALLY PLANNED, BUT HE STAYED AND FINISHED EVERYTHING, MEANWHILE EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO US. THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR A JOB VERY WELL DONE.

THEY GUYS WERE VERY COURTEOUS, KIND AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE GREAT. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND WE ARE HAVING THE COME BACK FOR ANOTHER JOB.

SINCE THE PROBLEM WAS A SIMPLE ONE, THE MAN DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING AT ALL. HE JUST FIXED IT AND SHOWED ME WHAT TO DO IN THE FUTURE. I'M STILL SPEECHLESS!

JIM, THE ELECTRICIAN, WHO DID THE UPGRADE WAS EXCELLENT. TILL, THE OWNER ALSO HAS OUR HIGHEST PRAISE.

CERTIFIED ELECTRIC HAS WORKED QUITE OFTEN FOR ME, AND I CONTINUE TO HIRE THEM FOR THEIR EXPERTISE, PROMPTNESS AND REASONABLE PRICES.
