Description of Work: The handyman first provided a free estimate, then came back and worked for about 2 hours to repair a damaged french door and weather stripping. He fixed the broken part of the frame and ensured that the lock was working correctly, and made suggestions for further possible improvements. He had come prepared with some extra materials that proved not to be necessary, so he did not charge me for those and the final price was less than the estimate. I was very impressed by both professionalism and price...they really are 1st Class!

He is very efficient.
Description of Work: We were going to buy a whole new door. He looked at it and said there was nothing wrong - I'll fix it. He fixed it all around the door to make it fit. It was very warped. He then put new locks in.

THIS HAS BEEN A WASTE OF MY TIME.
Description of Work: I NEEDED A HANDYMAN AND GOT THEIR NAME FROM THE MONTHLY MAGAZINE. MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO THIS COMPANY BEFORE THEY COULD COME OUT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. EITHER HE WAS BUSY OR HE WOULD HAVE TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE. HE FINALLY CAME OUT. LEFT A MESSAGE TO ACCEPT ESTIMATE AND NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL. CALLED ANOTHER TIME AND SPOKE WITH HIS DAUGHTER. ASKED HER IF HE WAS INTERESTED IN THE JOB. HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HIM YET.

The customer called looking for work to be done to fix her leaking plumbing pipes. In an effort to save the customer money, we suggested a plumber be hired for this work, as they often have the parts on their truck and travel time to supply store is not charged. We believe that we did not waste the customer's time, as we never met with her or visited the job.. We only accepted a call and made a call back to refer her to a plumber.
