Called twice and left message, never received return call. Maybe they're out of town/business/time?

Had to wait a couple weeks to be scheduled but the work was very good. Price was very good also. Will use him again.

They're great! They come on time, are reasonably priced, just an A rated company.

I called and left a message Friday morning for some work I need to have done. It is now Tuesday and I haven't heard a word from 1st Class Handyman. It would be nice if they would leave a message on their machine that they are on vacation if that is the case, but in the case that they are not returning calls I think it is just unprofessional. Now I'll have to call someone else.

They came back and redid the work. I am pleased with the finished job.

John was great. Very dependable, honest and professional. We are very pleased with the work that he did for us. I will use John again for any handyman work that I need to have done.

I have utilized John's service previously, but only for small jobs. He and Scott, his son, work well together, and just keep going throughout the day. They turned a partial room into a beautiful living area that compliments the rest of house beautifully. I am always happy with their work and pleasant attitude. If something is not quite right, or up to my liking they will always redo or make other suggestions. I will continue to utilize their services for my home repair needs.

He did an excellent job. The price was fair. He cleaned up well, you wouldn't think I had any work done. He was on time and very pleasant.

I was very happy with the work. There was a little glitch in when they were to arrive and they didn't call me. I finally was able to get a hold of the wife I was told that they would come out in a few weeks but when I spoke to her further they were able to come out the next Saturday and did a very good job.

I have used them in the past and they do a very very good job. They are nice to work with. Reasonable pricing.

HOPE ALL THE REPAIR WORK WE NEED DONE IN OUR PROPERTY IS AS EASILY DONE BY OTHER COMPANIES ON ANGIE'S LIST. THIS FIRST ONE LEFT A GOOD IMPRESSION. THEY EVEN INSISTED ON MOVING BACK INTO PLACE SOME HEAVY CABINETS THAT WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF FLOOR.

It took a while to get a response to my phone call, and we had to wait a month for the work to be performed because they had other commitments, but they were worth waiting for. They were prompt, courteous and did good work very quickly. The price paid included all the supplies to do the job, which they purchased, so we think it was a fair price and would definitely hire them again.

They came on time when they said they would arrive. They were very clean and neat, and did what they said they were going to do. They were very courteous and friendly. And the price was very reasonable.

They did a fine job on the shelving and peg board. However, when it came to the bed, they did not do a good job. It feels like the bed will fall if I would sit on the mattress too hard. I need someone else to fix it again, and I felt they were a little too pricey.

I called them twice and received no call back. I asked for a yes or no courtesy call at the least, before I called someone else, but I never heard back from them.

I called them two days ago to receive an estimate, I left a message, and I have not heard back from them. I expected them to call back by now. I'm disappointed!

Two men came to complete the work. They were very polite and did a great job. It was reasonably priced for the work performed. I would definitely use their services again.

Originally, I was not satisfied with the work. I called them back, and they came back on a Saturday and fixed the work to my satisfaction. They were professional and polite and wanted to make the work come out right. Overall, I was satisfied.

I left 2 phone messages to have this provider call me regarding some tile repair. I never received a call back.

He also repaired my outside wood rot around windows and other areas and did a great job.

This company is fantastic. They called me back and kept me informed. They showed up on time. They did an excellent job, and the price was in-line with the work. I already have them coming back to do more work.

HE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AND DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR IT. I'VE TAKEN OFF OF WORK TWICE AND THEY DON'T SHOW UP. THEY SAY THEY TRIED TO CALL, BUT I WAS THERE AND THERE IS NO WAY THEY CALLED.

Overall, the experience was a good one. John and his partner Scott did an excellent job. I feel like I got more than I paid for. Not only did they install the lattice work, but they put metal cheesecloth backing behind it to keep out all kinds of critters. They were quick, professional, and fairly priced. I highly recommend him.
