If this occurs we can repair the pool in most cases if caught quickly Leak Detection If your pool is leaking do not let it drain out, keep it filled. We can find and fix most leaks in vinyl liners. Appalling customer service. Re-lined pool, equipment failed several days later, gave me insulting advice then acted offended when I expressed my dismay. Months later my wife contacted him about a separate issue and he ignored her multiple emails, before finally telling her he refuses to work at our house because of me. The worst thing I said to him was that I’d hire another company next time I have to re-line the pool. I did not expect his liner would develop wrinkles or that he’d show such little integrity behind his work. I absolutely do not recommend this company and suggest you go with a company that can answer emails, phone calls and doesn’t get overly sensitive over criticism. Terrible. My neighbor hired another company that did a great job and I can’t wait to try them out. This guy is not the only game in town and I suggest you keep looking.

We were contracted to replace the vinyl pool liner, upon completion, the pool equipment started up without any issues. The equipment was not part of our contracted service and has no expressed warranty. We are not responsible for items outside of contracted work and give no expressed warranty on equipment or materials we do not provide. You corespondents was primarily through email which we do not check on nights and weekends outside of our working hours. Your pool developed wrinkles from overflowing during a hurricane, again nothing to do with our installation, but you are offended that we don't want your work after previous conversation that were aggressive and disrespectful. You are the first customer I've ever denied service to in 26 years and over two thousand liner installation. You said you would hire my competition for any work in the future, but yet you call me for a repair... I have a great relationship with my competition because we have respect for each other and know how difficult the job is, but at the end of the day we enjoy what we do. I hope you have a great day!

We noticed a hole in the vinyl pool liner Friday evening. We called Dan and he had the problem fixed by noon on Saturday. He was exremley fast, punctual, reliable and courteous. He is definately the best vinyl liner pool expert out there. We will most certainly continue to use him for all of our pool needs.
