Bottom line : Buy from a reputable company, not Premier Water. My experience with Blake was great at first. He is a true salesman but lacks customer service skills. He was quick to sell me a system and collect payment. But once we started having issues, it took months to be addressed. We ended up fixing the system ourselves. Trying to explain the situation was like talking to a brick wall. It was a true headache. I thought they were a reputable company based on their 5 star Google reviews. Looking into it now, I find it suspicious that all of those positive reviews are within the same time frame over 2 years ago. Save yourself the headache and buy from another company!

December 2021 I am not very happy with this company I spent $6000 cash on the water filtration system for the entire house and is still not working properly, today will be the 4th visit in five months to correct the problem. August 2022 I had no idea that this company began its business in October 2021. After a lot of researching, after the fact of my purchase, this company started out with very little experience and a lot of problems. They have hired someone to troubleshoot any problems that may occur after purchase. It was a lot of stress on me when communication broke down. They are not a part of another company, meaning, there is no franchise with a parent company. It is just then, hence, LLC. They have 10 months of experience now and have been willing to correct all the issues that were presented to them. It is a new business and they are working in the right direction to make the business successful.

Very quick to respond and the workmanship was very good. We are very satisfied with our choice.
