Our Sales, Installation, and Service teams undergo a rigorous certification program and a criminal background check. Our customer service representatives are cross-trained in not only monitoring situations, but also billing and troubleshooting to ensure a one-stop shopping experience. Our Underwriters Laboratory (UL) approved monitoring center is there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. after voicing my displeasure previously, I was contacted promptly by Carlo at Guardian Hawk. He asked me to voice all my concerns and acted upon them and made things right. I had never had an issue before that incident, and I would highly recommend this company. Just beware there is a 5 year contract agreement, but it is clearly stated in the contract so just make sure you read it closely before signing.

They are a good company and have an excellent response.
Description of Work: I've used this company for years to monitor the house alarm. The price is for 3 months. They have also fixed the alarm (additional fee) when problems arose.
