+ 0 moreWhen all was said and done, he rebuilt an entire side of my house. In addition, to how beautiful it looks, it is built solid!!! I am already reaping the rewards of an extremely lower electric bill (Lake Worth from hundreds of dollars to under $100) and no worries when a late in the season hurricane came knocking at my door.... Kitchen Remodel - down to the bear walls, ceiling and floor (see attached before and after pictures) Under the house rebuild, New walls/ceiling/tile floor, New cabinets, New sink/plumbing inside and out to the sewer, New electric, Granite Countertop, Stone Backslash Bedroom Remodel- Removed Sliding Glass Doors, Rebuilt wall that had water/termite damage, Fixed cracked concrete, Remodeled Closet, New Wood Flooring Facelift to the Front Porch-Porch was sinking into the sand - reinforced concrete porch, Removed and added concrete new steps, Removed old cracked Tile, Resurfaced and painted. I would recommend Dave to anyone who would like their construction jobs done with precision and pride. Thanks Dave! Can't wait for the next project. Robin Chaney
Description of Work: Dave was hired to remodel my kitchen and remove two sets of sliding glass doors. He got much more accomplished. Anyone who owns an old house (built in 1943) knows it is never that simple. With Dave, no challenge is too old, too big or too small he can fix them all!
