They returned our call quickly and scheduled to come out. CJ said that he would be at our home between 9-10 am and he was there on time. He identified the problem why one of our zones was not working and fixed it quickly. We are happy with the work performed.

Had leak in lawn and scheduled repair. While waiting for appointment situation became worse. Had numerous conversations with CJ and she was unbelievably helpful. She consulted with John and helped me trouble shoot. This included calling on a weekend and calling back to check on me and any progress. John arrived for the appointment early, calling first. He was professional, courteous and efficient. Leak was found and work done in an hour. He also reset my system and checked the overall functioning. Highly recommend.

I called and set up an appointment. He arrived on time and discussed everything with us before beginning his work. He was courteous and really knew his work. His price for all he did was great.

This is the second time I've had John do work for us. He did a great job. They are a great company!

He was very good and fair, and arrived on time. He gave me a special price because he was out before.

Message left on voice mail was returned within 24 hours. Set up appointment for next week. Received a call the morning of my service to advise that John Harper was on his way at the arranged time. Gave a reasonable estimate for the work to be performed. Completed the work that morning. Cleaned up the areas that were repaired.

While it took a while to get an appointment, the company was very quick and through on site, with the owner doing the work himself, along with an assistant. I was very pleased and will use them again.

I originally gave them an ''F'' in overall experience because they wouldn't come to my house to do a job that I requested. After posting my experience, the owner's wife called and left a message on my machine that they were very busy and couldn't come. I cannot comment on their work since none was done. Other reviews have been quite positive. My experience should not deter others from trying to make an appointment with them. Overall grade should really be N/A since I couldn't fairly evaluate their work. Note that N/A is not a listed choice for ''Overall Experience'', but should be, so I gave a ''C'', otherwise I wouldn't be able to submit this revised report. I feel they don't deserve the original ''F'' grade I gave them since such a grade should really be used after a lousy service experience which I didn't have. Therefore I have changed my original grade from ''F'' to ''C'' but it should really be ''N/A''.

A + OVERALL EXPERIENCE. THEY CAME ON THE DAY THEY HAD SCHEDULED. THEY CALLED AHEAD WHEN THEY KNEW THEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND. DID EXCELLENT JOB AT REASONABLE COST.

Personnel were professional and courteous. Quickly located the valves, repaired the defected valve and checked out the entire system. They readily responded to questions and described the problem. They worked efficiently and effectively. A delightful experience.

John and another person were prompt (actually 15 minutes early) and spent 1.5 hours making the necessary repairs. They were very professional and reasonably priced, and we would definitely recommend them.

While they where working, my neighbor came over and contracted with John to hook up to the reclaimed water system. So while he may have lost some work from me, he gained some from my neighbor. It's like my grandmother always said, "Good karma brings its own rewards." Because John is a full time firefighter, we had to work around his schedule. His wife schedules him and kept in touch with us by phone and e-mail. She was very polite and accommodating. Weather caused them to reschedule a couple of times and she was always in touch. They have a $35.00 service call charge and an hourly rate of $60.00, which is very reasonable for a 2 man crew. He and his assistant where very professional, courteous and quick. There was no time wasted just standing around talking. They worked every minute that they where here. He had all the parts needed in his truck, and his charges for parts where very reasonable. I would very much recommend this company for your sprinkler repair and installation work.

JOHN HARPER, ONE OF THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY, CAME OUT TO FIX THE SPRINKLER SWITCH. HE WAS PROMPT ONCE WE ESTABLISHED A MEETING TIME AND DID THE WORK PROFESSIONALLY AND WITH EXPERTISE. IT WAS A TRIAL AND ERROR EVALUATION FOR DETERMINING THE PROBLEM AND HE EXPLAINED THE STEPS NECESSARY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. ONCE THE CELLULOID WAS REPLACED HE RAN THE SYSTEM THOROUGHLY TO BE SURE IT WAS RUNNING PROPERLY. HE WAS PRECISE ABOUT HIS WORK AND I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN SHOULD THE NEED ARISE. HE IS A FIREFIGHTER, SO HIS RESPONSE IS LIMITED BY HIS SCHEDULE, BUT I WAS WILLING TO WAIT.

SERVICE WAS ON TIME. PRICE WAS REASONABLE, AND GOOD REP HAD GOOD LISTENING AND DIAGNOSTIC SKILLS.

I WOULD RECOMMEND AJ IRRIGATION AND PLAN TO CALL THEM AGAIN TO RECONFIGURE MY SPRINKLER SYSTEM WHEN OUR POOL IS COMPLETED. MY CALL WAS RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS AND WE SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE SAME WEEK. JOHN ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED. HE WAS POLITE AND INFORMATIVE IN ANSWERING ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. HE AND HIS SON WERE EFFICIENT IN LOCATING MY SPRINKLER HEADS AND CAPPING THE LINES. THEY REMOVED ALL OF THE SPRINKLER HEADS IN OUR PLANNED POOL AREA IN CASE WE WANTED TO REUSE THEM EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T THINK TO ASK THEM TO DO IT.

I LIKED MY PREVIOUS IRRIGATION COMPANY, BUT WHEN THEY WERE SLOW TO RETURN MY CALLS DECIDED TO TRY AJ, AND NOW I KNOW WHY HE GETS THE TOP RATINGS THAT HE DOES.

JOHN WAS A TRUE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. HE WAS ON TIME AND DID GREAT WORK.

I CALLED SEVERAL PLACES AND A.J. IRRIGATION WAS THE FIRST TO RESPOND AND THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD GET TO ME THAT SAME DAY. HE REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE VALVE AND ALSO REPLACED THE BACK-FLOW VALVE WHICH WAS SO OLD THAT IT NO LONGER MET CODE.

JOHN AND MIKE WERE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY REPLACED A BROKEN PRESSURE VACUUM BREAKER AND THOROUGHLY CHECKED OUT THE ENTIRE SYSTEM, REPLACING FOUR SPRAY HEADS (AT MY REQUEST), ONE SPRAY NOZZLE AND RAISING A ROTOR HEAD TO IMPROVE THE SPRAYING COVERAGE OF HE SYSTEM. THE CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL, ONE HOUR LABOR AND THE PARTS WAS ONLY $150.00. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND WILL CALL THEM AGAIN.
