We at V B Enterprises take pride in our company being family-owned and family-operated. We are also proud of our employees who have worked alongside us to provide such quality service throughout the Tampa Bay area since 1985. Although our family runs our company, we believe it is our customers that ultimately make the necessary decision. We are always listening to our customers concerns and ideas. That is what allows the customer to participate in creating and maintaining such extravagant landscaping. We believe there is only one way to provide complete landscaping service and that is your way. Lastly, we offer to our customers the peace of mind in knowing the contact information of, not just a supervisor or foreman, however, one of the three owners of the company. Again, this allows us the ability to communicate better with our clients, in turn, providing the best possible services.

Description of Work: I live alone and work late shift, have asked in writing that they not leave the gate to my backyard wide open because I don't feel safe, Mike responds to my email "got it," but continues to leave the gate wide open. I have also emailed Mike asking for estimate on landscaping I wanted to do and he ignored that email entirely. OK, no problem, I can find another company to help me with landscaping, but I cannot live with company not caring about my safety needs, I go all week with gate wide open to my backyard and don't discover it until the weekend when it's daylight. The only way to prevent this, I guess, is to walk back there at night to make sure it is closed each week when they finish cutting the lawn, don't feel safe doing this either. I really feel that $140 a month for 10 minutes of lawn care each week warrants the simple action of closing the gate after you finish cutting the backyard. Perhaps if I put it on Angies List, they'll pay attention

Great.
Description of Work: I had some sprinkler heads fixed and others removed due to a new patio area. The work was completed timely and the price is reasonable. John was very polite and explained any issues he found with the sprinkler system.

Extremely well.
Description of Work: John came in the time frame he quoted. He replaced a valve in Zone 2 of my irrigation system. He checked all my Zones and re-set the timer. He showed me the damaged valve and explained the damage that occurred. He installed a new ball valve to make turning the water off much, much easier for me.

Description of Work: Due to construction work, I had several problems including 3 underground leaks, 11 heads needing to be replaced, and others heads reset. The quality of the work was excellent, and their ability to diagnose the underground leakages was efficient. Well Done!

THIS GUY IS FANTASTIC. HE IS A FIREMAN AND DOES IRRIGATION WORK ON THE SIDE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER CONTRACTOR DO WORK FOR ME. I PAID HIM MORE THAN THE INVOICE AND WOULD HAVE BEEN WILLING TO PAY HIM ANOTHER $100 IF HE HAD ASKED FOR IT.
