They have been excellent. We have used them for so long and in comparison to other providers, they are consistently knowledgeable. They are arborists and never do anything that is unhealthy to the tree . They operate safely, professionally, and they even clean up well when they are done. We would highly recommend them.

The crew showed up on time and performed the work quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I was pleased that the arborist who came out to give me the estimate worked with the crew. What was initially agreed upon was done, as well as some additional trimming that I requested on that day. Also, the crew did a very good job of cleaning up after the project was completed. The amount of work performed was well worth the month spent.

I have two large oak trees that I haven't had pruned for about 2 1/2 years. Brett came out and looked at the trees and I received a written estimate and scheduled the work. They confirmed ahead of time and arrived promptly as scheduled. They were so professional and safe. The trees look great and they cleaned up thoroughly. I plan to call Tree Works on a regular basis to keep my trees looking good.

Very good communication throughout the estimating and scheduling phase - even a reminder text the night before the work. Arrived in the time window promised, listened to what I wanted done and very skillfully set about performing the work. Totally cleaned up at end - no trace they were here except the trees which look wonderful. As they were packing to leave, Eileen asked for a palm frond to be removed and they cheerfully did so.

Brett Youngster responded within a week of my acceptance of his contract proposal. His team showed up on time. They did a very professional job with the work done quickly and efficiently. They had to remove my fence to get the equipment in my backyard but to my relief there was no damage to any of my neighbors property. My fence was also properly reinstalled. He went so far as to remove all the debris, clean the limbs off my roof and leave me a pile of mulch from the ground up tree stump, at my request. Best of all my large oak tree in my front yard looks beautiful. His company is truly professional. I highly recommend them.

Tree Works has trimmed my trees for years. They are excellent, professional, on time, courteous on the phone and in person and they don’t complain when I micromanage cut more there please, could you take off more leaves? 😊 I have referred them to neighbors and clients and they are happy with them also. They clean up any branches and debris from their work. They’re terrific.

Oak trees were trimmed very well. Tree works was punctual and cleaned up after completing the job.

On 10/19 and again in 11/7/17, we had a total of six palm trees removed, in part to prevent sun blockage of our newly installed solar panels. We looked at it as an extension to our solar panel investment. We called several landscaping companies before deciding on Tree Works, Etc, Inc. The primary reason that we decided on Tree Works, Etc is the face and voice of the company, Jobi Gallo. Without Jobi's pleasant demeanor and sincere interest in our concerns, Tree Works would come across as just another tree service, which they are not but it took Jobi's input to make that message clear. If you call Tree Works, you will in all likelihood speak with Jobi, who will be in regular contact, updating you on every aspect of the planned work, from scheduling to any required permits through the invoice process. The tree trimmers and removal crew do very good work, but without a positive, informative and confident point of customer contact, there wouldn't be the work flow that Tree Works Etc enjoys.

They are an excellent and this is the third time we used them. They get the work done in 1 day. Might be having some problem with scheduling because they are good and because they are busy. They are weather dependent.

I contacted Tree Works and spoke with Jobi, a very pleasant and efficient woman, to schedule an estimate to remove a grand oak tree and a palm tree. Brett came at the appointed time, promptly provided a reasonable estimate, and applied to the city for a permit to remove the oak. After the permit was approved and we scheduled the job, the Tree Works crew were punctual and efficient in removing the trees. Even though the oak tree was very close to our house and had many branches overhanging the roof, Brett and his crew did an outstanding job removing the tree without dropping any branches on the roof. The trees were gone in only two hours. I asked Brett to trim a few branches and palm fronds on other trees while he was here, which was not part of the original scope of work. Brett graciously added that work to the tree removal job. The stump grinding was scheduled for the next day and performed by David at Tampa Stump Removal. He was punctual and efficient in grinding out the stump, which had roots running very close to the house. Brett and his crew arrived afterwards to clean up the stump debris -- leaving the area looking like there had never been a tree there at all. Working with Tree Works was a very positive experience and I highly recommend them for your tree removal needs. They are professional, punctual, reliable, efficient, and highly skilled. Even if you don't necessarily need to remove a tree, but just have a sick tree, Brett is a certified arborist and can help you save your tree if possible.

They did an amazing job. They worked quickly and cleaned everything up. They even left a nice pile of firewood for the neighbor.

Tree Works arrived at 8:00 am and job went fast and everything was cleaned up. I have used Tree Works for 20 years and have had excellent service.

He is an arborist, I have had good service worth paying more for. He was able to save a tree in the front. They did a great job. They sent me before and after pictures and they're very professional. It was really good to use them from another state and kept me completely informed of what was going on.

Our initial consultation with Brett gave us a good idea of what he was going to do and how he was going to do it.He gave us sound advice as to how to trim our large live oak in the back yard. His pricing was very fair. The day of the work Brett and his crew were very punctual. They did a very professional job, including a thorough cleanup after the fact. We would definitely use him again.

This is the ONLY company that does it right. I literally sent dozens of requests for quotes out to tree removal companies listed in Angie's List and Tree Works is the only company that responded with what I wanted. For example, I got quotes all the way from $1400 to $3500 to do this work. Tree Works did it for only $1400 and their service included obtaining the permit and grinding the stumps down. It is CRITICAL when you get this kind of work done that the company that does it has both Workers Compensation insurance as well as General Liability insurance. I asked dozens of companies from Angie's List for this documentation but Tree Works is the only company that provided it to me. Several others "said" they had it, but when I requested copies of it so I could verify it, these companies were strangely quiet. I personally believe they never had the proper insurance but were just lying to me and hoping that I would accept their word for it. Tree Works didn't do any funny business like this. They just sent the documents to me ASAP and I verified they were correct and in effect. Tree Works did a fantastic job. Clean, quick and safe. They communicated with me very effectively during the process. I cannot say enough about their service. I wouldn't even bother with other companies again. I would just go straight to Tree Works in the future. The other companies just wasted my time.

They shaped the trees beautifully,and took extra care not to damage our extensive landscaping. Brett and his crew were always prompt,courteous,and professional.Cleaned all debris,and left our property cleaner than they found it. I would highly recommend them for your tree issues.

Brett came, on time ,to the house for the initial estimate. He made some suggestions and gave clear explanations as to what and why he would be doing specific trimming. The work was done as scheduled and the area left clean.

The tree was very large and very sickly. I was happy that the work could be done so quickly, as it was dropping some large branches. Brett was very professional and helpful, and the stump debris was cleaned up nicely. I am now ready to plant my new tree! The office manager was pleasant and I would hire this company again. I contacted Brett Youngster via Angie's List messenger on Sunday, 05/03/2015. Brett promptly responded and came out to the property on Monday, 05/04/2015. Brett evaluated the dead trees and made some recommendations as to how to address the problem. He did this FREE of charge. I will definitely rely on Brett's expertise for all of my future tree care needs.

Brett showed up on time, presented me with the permit from the county, and we discussed what was going to be done. After completion his crew did a great job of cleaning up, and everything was great. The stump grinder arrived shortly after and did a great job as well. I highly recommend Brett.

My pool cage and fence backs up to a sidewalk and main road. The trees belong to the community but was my responsibility to remove branches overhanging my property. I have been getting quotes from several companies. I found that Tree Works Etc to have very competitive rates. When I met with Brett for the estimate, I was worried that the proximity of the trees to the cage would be a problem. Brett was confident that there was no issue and he would be able to get his truck next to the trees to do the work. A week later he was ready to start the work. Because the trees were next to the sidewalk that the children use to walk to school, I asked that he begin later in the morning. Every branch he cut was swung back to the street and away from the top of my pool cage. No branches had fallen onto the cage and there was no damage to any screening. All the cuts were done very well, leaving the trees looking neat and clean. Cleanup was immaculate as all the branches went into the wood chipper. When he was done, my property was left clean and the sidewalk was swept up. You would have not even known they were there until you looked up at the work. I had received several quotes for this job. Brett at Tree Works Etc was very professional and knowledgeable. His wait time was slightly longer than others but I suppose that's because of his busy schedule. If your like me and want to get the best service and price for your money call Brett at Tree Works. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

I have an elm tree in my front yard that needed triming as the branches were hanging low over the walk way and hanging over the garage roof. I decided to call Tree Works ETC based on their positve reviews on Angie's list. Brett Youngster the owner/arborist came out to see what needed to be one and then sent me the estimate via e-mail that evening. I decided to go ahead and schedule the work. The job was scheduled for the AM but Brett arrived in the PM. This was not a problem for me. It was worth the wait. Brett did an excellent job of elevating and pruning the tree. He gave the tree a very pretty shape to it. I was very pleased and will definity use Tree Works ETC again.
