Pete and his crew did an outstanding job. The end product looked spectacular. The crew was always on time and cleaned up after themselves. They involved me every step of the way to make sure the project was to my liking. Pete even threw in some extras at no additional cost. You can not go wrong with this company. Deco Pavers are honest, hard working and conscientious.

I highly recommend Deco Pavers! I am extremely pleased with the work that Pete and his team had done. We had the entire driveway repaved and widened to accommodate 3 cars. The driveway and paths came out beautiful. Pete also worked with us to keep costs down. He made suggestions and did extra work that he and his crew did not have to do. His team of workers were always on time as well as being very courteous. They worked early morning until evening under the hot Florida sun. All were very conscientious and professional. The work was outstanding. You can't go wrong hiring this company.

Company was very responsive initially. Came to house and reviewed the work that needed to be done, never submitted a quote to me, even after I followed up and they said it would be submitted to me by end of day. It’s been well over a week and a half since they initially came back and nothing. Clearly they are not motivated to do the work, will find another company.

They did a great job, and they finished on time.

Great. The overall look. There was a planter that had to come out, it was 12 feet by 5 ft. It was poured concrete, it took days to break through that. They stuck by the price. They came back and cut the pavers to fit the gas line.

Never got the estimate they said they would send

Deco Pavers completed a small job for me yesterday, transforming my backyard into something truly special. I can't rave enough about this company! Even from my initial call with the woman who handles the booking and scheduling I knew I had picked the right company. She was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease about choosing your company. Deco Pavers even got me on the books 2 weeks earlier than when I was initially supposed to get the job done (which made my wife very happy lol). Where they truly shined though is with their employee Jose. He was freakin amazing! went completely above and beyond to make sure the guys he was overseeing caught every detail when doing the installation. He was super knowledgable and friendly. He went the extra mile during clean up by grabbing my leaf blower and removing all the leaves and debris out of my yard so I could truly see the potential of getting some more work done (which I will be having Deco Pavers do of course). sorry to go on so long, but truly 5 stars guys! It was great. They weren’t super responsive in the waiting period from when the order was place and when the pavers came in, but once the pavers came in they were on it. They came in a Wednesday to escalate, Thursday they started install and were done Friday afternoon. I would definitely hire again and I would recommend to anyone.

Sales pitch and ideas were great. Service was not. The company required a 60% down payment and then it took a month longer than I was told it would be to start my project, and that was after several phone calls and emails trying to get information. The company had almost two months to correctly order my materials. On the morning of installation, three Spanish-speaking men showed up at my house, (I don't speak Spanish), that evidently had no knowledge of the subject of my project, because one seemed to be trying to communicate with me about the pool cage area. My project was the porch and sidewalk. Thank goodness that I took the day off from work! One worker called the project manager, which gave me the opportunity to speak with him to learn that he was tied up in traffic and arrived some 1 1/2 hours later without the pavers. After going over my contract regarding materials, he left and returned about 2 1/2 hours later without the correct pavers that I contracted for and no polymeric sand, for which I paid extra. I then received a phone call from Peter, the owner, who told me that if I wanted the pavers that I ordered it would be another five or six weeks! I felt that I had no choice but to settle, because by now my porch and sidewalk are torn up from being prepped for the pavers. The pavers were installed and I was told that someone would come to install the polymeric sand the next day. I tried to contact, Peter, the owner, because no one showed up all day - no response. When I arrived home at 4:00 pm, a man had just arrived and indeed installed the sand and sealed the pavers. Throughout the installation process I was getting very sick. The owner wasted no time calling me the next day for the remaining payment. When I told him that I was in bed with pneumonia and that I would see that it was taken care of the next day, he pressured me to put a check under the mat anyway, after giving me a $160.00 discount for not providing the pavers that I contracted for, and offered to bring me chicken soup! I was not happy. A few days later I learned that two of my sprinkler heads had been covered up, and had to be repaired. Their contract allowed for the company to add charges to my bill for such things when they have to replace something not specifically listed in the contract, but I received no response from the owner, when I sent him an email about my project and my added expenses because of their errors. I realize that my project was evidently a small and unimportant one, but I also know that the markup is typically much higher on a small project. Irregardless, a contract is a contract and your company definitely did not meet my expectations. I treat my customers big or small with honestly, integrity and respect, and expected the same from this company - didn't happen. I have waited several months to post this review, because I was hoping to hear something of an acceptable explanation from the owner after sending him an email that included review information and more, but did not.

I had an issue and the Owner was very responsive when he learned of the situation. I would Highly recommend.

From great to so not so good. Follow-up if you have an issue is bad. They are very slow to respond, or will not respond at all.

Workmanship was good, sometimes a little late and took longer that expected

The crew did an excellent job, worked very hard, timely, and cleaned up very well. The cleaning of sealing of the stonework, and existing pavers that were in place for years now look brand new, and match the new pavers perfectly.

We were very satisfied with our project indeed! Peter was very prompt and professional and gave us a very fair price for the job. They obviously do good work being that we had to get in line and wait our turn on the schedule, which is always a good sign to us. When the job commenced, they hit the ground running. Tommy did a great job managing things on the project, and was very thorough with his work, including clean up after all was complete. All in all, we had a wonderful experience, they did a terrific job, and we would not think twice about using them when we are ready for more paving work in the future. Give them a call. You won't regret it!

It went excellent! They were very professional, prompt, affordable and the workmanship was exactly aligned and installed to my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have pacers done on their home!

It went great! Any questions we had they answered and would make any changes we wanted.

Showed up on time and finished up the work on time. I asked them to do more than the original agreement and they did. I also asked them to come back for the items I wanted him to redo or complete. No complaints.

I asked Deco Pavers to come out and give me a quote. They missed 3 appointments. Finally, after the third, I got an email with a quote for $2,500. I emailed back, wondering when they had come by to measure, as I had been here all afternoon waiting. I was then informed that they had used an aerial picture to take the measurements of the walkway and supplied me with a quote. This can't be true. We live in a brand new home. There are *zero* aerial surveys of our house yet. When I mentioned this to them by email, I didn't get any replies back despite multiple attempts for an answer. I gave up after a week of trying to get a response back from them.

This is an excellent company to do business with. The prices are reasonable and the work is excellent. We are beyond pleased with the work they performed and would definitely recommend them to others. We LOVE our patio and fire pit! We plan to use them again in the future. The only complaint I have is their follow up and communication. I would have felt a little more comfortable with more frequent updates and knowing what to expect. Will this stop me from using them again, NO! The work is great and the price was reasonable.

The quoting process took a while. That was due to a number of factors, some caused by me and others by Deco. In the end, I felt they would perform what I wanted and could trust them. Scheduling felt difficult but that is the nature of the business and dealing with unexpected delays and weather. I was just being selfish as I did not want my own project to be delayed. In the end, the scheduling worked out. Once they got to our job, there was a full crew and they worked until it was done. We were amazed at the effort that went into putting deck down and were very, impressed with the quality and even artistic abilities of the crew. We had some curves that are not part of a typical home pool due to our design and the crew member that did all of the cutting was described by my wife as a "artist with a big saw". He could have taken the easy way out on some cuts but he did not. The end product has a wow effect now where it could have been just OK. In the end, we are very happy with the result.

Great. They were very attentive to what we wanted. They did the job fast and did quality work. We love the way it looks, it added a much needed backyard play area.

A friend recommended them. I've known the owner so I am used to his personality. He and his team did a good job.

We will definitely use them again. Crew finished in one day, stayed until 9pm until the job was finished.
