We want to thank Deco Pavers for the great job they did in renovating our pool deck and the interior of our pool. We are very happy that we choose Deco for our project. Peter was a great help in guiding us to select the best products for our projects and offered suggestions along the way that we would not have thought of. He provided excellent attention to all the details of the job. The crew arrived early and stayed late. They were courteous, hardworking and friendly and most importantly, experts at what they did. They did a great job at cleaning up the area at the end of each work day. Once the job was started, we were amazed how fast it was completed and we appreciate being kept advised each day of what to expect the following day. We are completely satisfied with our travertine pavers and pool. We have and will continue to recommend Deco Pavers to others. The final results were more than we hoped for.

I met one of the owners, Gretchen, at a local home show. I was hesitant to start this job because I was in the middle of another paver project with another company, Outdoor Impressions of Riverview. I told Gretchen about what I was going through with them and she assured me I would not have any of issues I had with them. I was getting a 27' patio installed at the time and was on my 17th day of a 3 day project so I was very scared to start any new work. I could tell immediately that this would be better. While I trashed the other company to her, she never spoke bad of them and just told me about what she could do for me. I was very frustrated when I met her and she was able to keep me on track and sell her product. She was both knowledgeable and professional from the beginning. I scheduled a meeting with her and she came out on time with samples, ideas, and provided websites for more product selection. I had a good feeling about her company and decided to dive into another project. Gretchen, her husband, and their team did not disappoint. They came when they said they would, kept me informed, and completed the project in a timely manner. They kept my property clean and did quality work. I could not be happier with their professionalism, pricing, and just their overall attitude. Both Gretchen and her husband stopped by frequently to check up on their team and promptly finished the job. It is now 3 weeks after completion and I received another call from them checking up on how things were going. What a difference between them and Outdoor Impressions! I would rate Deco Pavers an A++ and highly recommend to anyone thinking about a patio, sidewalk, pool area, or driveway. I have received dozens of compliments from my neighbors!!

As indicated, Deco Pavers walked into a situation where we had just had a new slab poured and a driveway (which was supposed to be gravel) was staked out. The slab was aesthetically bad and the contractor refused to acknowledge it. Since we had ongoing quality problems with her team, and since she had woefully underbudgeted the project, we had no confidence in her ability to complete the driveway. We were afraid of what we would end up with. We put her on time out and decided to cover the ugly slab. Deco Pavers came over, took a look at it and immediately understood why the slab had to be covered. They drove us around to see some of their work and provide some ideas. They gave us some options... and we selected the product. The cost was substantially more than we initially planned to pay, but there were no good options to deal with the slab. We ordered the product and the job was scheduled on delivery. The team came and prepped the area for the driveway, kept an area for us to walk into the house, moved quickly and efficiently to get the job done....it was so big, they had to order additional pavers.... They explained everything along the way. Our driveway is approximately 3000 SF. It is described by people who see it as and quot;spectacular!and quot; We appreciate the excellence provided by Deco Pavers and will definitely use them again!
