Description of Work: Tiled kitchen backsplash. It looks great but some of the grout has fallen out. It is unsanded and easy to fill in the holes so it is not a major problem.

Description of Work: Was told 2 men would do the job. Only one came. He refused to move washer & dryer in laundry room in order to clean ceramic tile beneath them. Remainder of tile floors was cleaned well. In the process, cleaning water splashed front of new stainless steel refrigerator freezer drawer at bottom, leaving marks that would not come off. Repeated efforts to contact Groutsmith went unanswered until I contacted Angie's. An adjuster for their insurance was finally sent and we settled for the cost of replacing the front of the freezer drawer.

Description of Work: They cleaned up my guest bathroom tub/shower walls that I had tried to chalk on my own 2 years ago. They (the walls were a mess). Groutsmith came and gave me quote, set up time for work, showed up on time! Did a marvelous job and so quick, then went over drying time and proper care of shower area so I would not have mildew problem again. Left work area clean and workman "Dillon" was very professional and very nice! |Would recommend "Groutsmith " to everyone!!!! Very pleased, Jeanne

Description of Work: Our entire shower needed to be re-grouted. They has to scrape out the old grout; we have had leaking tile issues for a long time and needed real professional help. They are very good.

Description of Work: Cleaned and color sealed all grout. Did not, however, move any appliances such as refrigerator, washer and dryer to access those surfaces . Worked quietly and efficiently. Initial results seem very good, appearance much improved.

Description of Work: Groutsmith renewed the grout in the kitchen and master bath. They were very professional and worked hard, but found in the master bath the job was not done as nice as the kitchen. They had to come back to get some places that were overlooked and used a different color in certain spaces. I wound up fixing it myself.

Description of Work: I hired Groutsmith to restore tile I have in a rental home. The entire house (900 sq ft) has ceramic tile floors. In addition, the master shower also needed some work. Greg and his people were excellent! Not only is the grout like new but some of the tiles had chips that he also cleaned and color sealed. You can't even see them now. I was very impressed and highly recommend them.
