The Polson team did an outstanding job. Their highly skilled team was polite and gracious over the few days that the job was performed. They worked extremely hard and had excellent attention to detail. When a minor problem surfaced at the very end of the job, the company was quick to respond and handled the matter quickly and with no complaints. They are a vey good company.

Don Polson gave us an estimate which was similar to his competitors. He was very professional. His workers came right on time and knocked the house out in two days. A few weeks later, my nephew, who is a real estate professional, was looking over the paint job, and without any prompting, said, "Your painters did an excellent job on your house." We recommended Polson to two of our neighbors who then had their houses painted. They were satisfied as well.

This was my second experience with Polson Painting. I wouldn't trust my home to anyone else. You can expect that the job will be done to your satisfaction, including not just the painting, but the more important part of detail and prep work. At the end, Don Polson reviews every job to make sure you are happy with the work. I have recommended him to friends and family over and over, with the same excellent results.

Will not call back for warranty work

It went well. They showed up when they said they would. The colors were exactly what we had told them. Something was missed and our contact had the painters out to take care of it right away. The crew could be a little more careful with the details (front door lock put back upside down, old ceiling fan on the porch we are going to replace anyway was damaged). So they just got an A instead of an A+

Called many times, left voicemails and never received a return phone call. I suppose a 1700sqft interior paint job was not worth their time

The painting went very quick, they did a great job matching the color we found elsewhere, and remixed the entire batch when the first batch didn't come out correctly. They were a pleasure to deal with, and if we ever need a larger painting job completed, we would absolutely hire them again.

We could not have been happier with the performance of Polson painting. Don, Erin and the entire Polson staff were professional, helpful and patient. We hired Polson Painting to paint two small interior rooms of the house and the house exterior. They helped us with color selection, provided options/suggestions, and even offered to paint a portions of the trim, etc. to see if we liked the end result. They answered all our questions, and maybe more importantly, they were extremely patient. Poslon painting came out and painted the two interior rooms. Unfortunately, were had exterior stucco items that needed to be repaired. The stucco contractor took a lot more time to complete the work than what was originally planned. Polson painting was kind enough to wait until we could finish the stucco work. They even waited until the entire project was completed before getting paid for the interior work (several months had passed). Overall, great people to work with. They provide a quality work at a reasonable price .

I have used Polson every time I have needed a painter. Since we were in a pinch, they worked us in quickly and finished the job professionally. They have painted my entire house ( several rooms at a time!), and even did the exterior. I don't even bother with other offers at this point because I know their work is the best and the price can't be beat. I am the HOA president of our community and also use Polson whenever I have jobs at our clubhouse or pool. They can't be beat!

Worked closely with my wife and I, and was flexible with us and a difficult HOA/ARC committee. Excellent work.

I am beyond thrilled with the results! From start to finish they did an amazing job. The sales guy Josh came out promptly after I called and spoke to Jessica in the office. He walked me through the process and did an inspection of the property. I was not sure which type of paint I should go with. Jessica explained the ends and outs and we ended up going with a more expensive paint after talking to her. There was no pressure to up-sell she just laid out the costs for each type of paint and how long it would last. After comparing them it was a no brainer to go with the slightly more expensive but, longer lasting paint. The guys that came out were courteous and prompt. They finished my 3000 SQF plus home in a day and a half. They were about a month out on paint jobs but, got me in early. They even included pressure washing of my place! If you want quality, courtesy and a gorgeous paint job definitely go with them. Now all my neighbors want to get their homes painted. Thank you Josh and Jess for your excellent customer service I definitely will be using you again in the future.

FANTASTIC! This is the 3rd job that Polson has done for us in about 4 years. His team is prompt, professional and polite. When they come in there is no messing around, they get to work and work all day. This time we had the pleasure of working with Josh, project manner for Polson. For such a young man he was extremely polite, courteous, got us our quote promptly, scheduled around our time and called after the job was done to see if we were happy and if any touch up was required. We did not even call anyone else for quotes this time. I know I can trust Polson to give us a fair price, excellent job and his workers can be trusted with our home and furnishings. We love the final product!

I was called at 8am work would start 9 - 9:30 - didn't happen. Crew came next day and finished 2 days work in one day. Left work material trash around yard, destroyed some landscaping, didn't return items as they found them. Short cuts to the job were made in order to finish same day. Why they didn't do the job in 2 days as agreed, I don't know. Nobody showing up the first day was not my fault but rushing the job to get finished the second day I paid the price.

They did a great job. The attention to detail stood out to me. The lines were straight. The transition from one paint to the other like on my pool deck was really straight. It looked like it was covered very well. I didn't negotiate with them so I thought it was a good price.

I think this company strives to do good work. In the end, their work was probably worth their price which was good. I would probably recommend. My only issue was the overspray. They spray and roll. The overspray got on my walkways and doors. I wish they had been a little more careful in their work.

Everything was handled very professionally, communication was prompt and spot on. Project was managed on time and to the specifications. A please to deal with for sure.

I was going to give 5 stars, but we had an issue afterwards with a small area of the finish being torn off of a kitchen cabinet side and 3 ceiling fans due to the wrong tape being used to secure the drop cloths and a closet bi-fold door that was painted shut and needed sanded and repainted on sides after I had to force it open. Josh took pictures & got back in touch with us to say they would come back to fix the problem. The painters showed up to "fix" the problem on 12/20 . They denied that the finish was their problem and they didn't cause that problem. I was not here at the time of the painting, but later my partner stated that she was here, and they did tape the drop cloths to the side of the cabinet. (A piece of clear tape was partially torn off the cabinet side and then stuck back when it was obvious that the finish was being removed.) They touched up the door sides but did not sand it down well and just touched up the paint and were gone in 5 minutes before I saw the finished job. After they left, I was cleaning the top of the refrigerator and saw it speckled with paint and paint drops in bathtub. Very disappointed in their attention to detail (not using "painter's tape" and denying it was their fault)- becomes a he said/she said. A simple apology would have been nice instead of telling me to go to Home Depot and get a marker to cover up the removed finish areas. I had the house professionally cleaned before the painters came and they would have removed the tape that was left on the side of the kitchen cabinets. I also was not contacted again by Josh to see if everything was done.

Polson painting really salvaged my experience moving into my first home. I remember being at work feeling overwhelmed after the last paint company (Buck's) who I thought agreed to my small project of fixing the minor stucco repairs first and then after a few months, I'd be ready to paint my home did not do as I asked. I came home and found multiple dark colored patches and their only response was to paint my home. I then got on Angies list and thankfully found Erin and Don Polson's painting company and they were able to guide me into making sure I check with the HOA and then they were able to send out a crew just right before Thanksgiving so that I can have guests over. This company is professional, personable, and always easy to communicate with. Even on the day of the project, there were multiple inspections and the crew Ricardo and Raul were definitely experts as they finished the job making my home look better than new. The only positive from my previous situation from Bucks painting is that I found a better paint company Polson's painting. Do not hesitate because this company's about us description is exactly what I experienced working with them. It felt so personable like they were painting their own home. It also helps that they use top quality SW paint. Definitely recommend and will refer all my neighbors to them!
