POLSON PAINTING

Excellent experience with Polson Painting. Don Polson and his crew painted the exterior of our home about six months ago. We were so happy with that experience, we called them back to pressure-wash, patch (repair) and paint our lanai deck. Again - very professional and a quality job with premium quality paint.

They did an excellent job. They used the exact paint that I had requested from Sherwin Williams, they caulked and primed before painting and covered all the windows and surrounding ground areas for protection. Don's crew arrived when promised and were very professional and efficient. Don returned after the job was completed to check the quality and even found a few things that I hadn't noticed that needed touching up. He had a guy return promptly to do the touch up. I had this paint job done 3 years ago and it still looks like a new paint job today. I still get comments from people about how good it looks. I highly recommend Don (Polson Painting) for his professionalism and quality.

They provided very good service, did quality work and did it quickly.

They were very careful around the furniture. They were very good about not getting paint on our new travertine floors. They are very courteous. They take pride in their work. The work was perfect. The pricing was fair. They did the job quickly and professionally.

The staff was good in painting the outside of my house, but the owner who painted my door did an unsatisfactory job. I will need to re-do it my self. He said that he would come back and never showed up. Their price was reasonable. His attention to detail did not meet my expectations, but the crew did a great job painting my house and deck.

They did superb work. There was no spilled paint and even when I pointed out another area where ants were still entering, they were quick to re-caulk and seal the area. The owner did a walk-through after the project was completed and even did a quick touch-up himself.

When we called Mr. Polson to set up the job he was very responsive and returned calls promptly. He gave an estimate and even matched prices with another to get the job. He had a crew of 3 guys show up to paint the house. They were very nice and polite guys. One stayed on his cell phone a lot and that made me question the quality of his work and was not very professional. The other two worked very hard and almost 11 hours a day. Mr Polson did call us and check on the progress of the job. He kept very close contact at that time and did respond to any questions we had. This was a large job and I know, in general, it is difficult to re-match texture on the walls and ceilings. One room had 6 holes in the ceiling. This was a decent job at accomplish those tasks. Some visitors to our house would debate this opinion, but we were pleased with the job overall. At the end of the job, Mr. Polson returned and made sure all of the areas were to our satisfaction. There was one hole in the wall that I thought they were going to repair, but it was the size a utility cover could go over it. Mr. Polson agreed to have some one out "in a few days to repair it." We said ok and we paid him in full for a job complete. Mr. Polson offered to send out a crew to touch up the paint after we moved in. He said if we needed this then to just let him know. We were not living in the house while they were painting, but I was still expecting for the painters to haul their own trash. The painters used an old trash can that was in the garage and placed cans of paint and water with no trash bag in the can. The garbage man would not pick it up, so we had to bag all of that mess in order for the garbage man to pick it up. I thought that was not very professional. We decided to take Mr. Polson up on his offer to touch up the paint and to seal the hole in the wall. We called him 3 times. He did not return the call for over 2 weeks, but he did finally send a crew out. Once everything was done, we were pleased with the finished product; but the experience was not top notch.

Guarantees, he'll come back if anything is wrong or you need a touch up. He wants to make sure the job is so good, that you are going to give his name out. He seems to take pride in his work. About 7 homes in our neighborhood, have had their house painted by him.

They were extremely neat and punctual. They taped all of the windows and covered all of the doors with plastic and paper. They also covered all the plants with plastic. They worked very hard for 2 days. They are very clean and neat. I am very happy with them and highly recommend them.

Good. Took approx 2 hrs for 1600 sq ft single story house. 85 for the house, 45 for the pool. Chris called me on referral from Polson. Chris does all pressure washing work for Polson and had time. Called on Wednesday job, done on Friday.

Don Polson was very professional and dependable throughout the whole process of giving an estimate and scheduling the work. His workers actually arrived a day early to get started on the job, which took 3 days to complete. Don stopped by several times while they were working to check on their progress and to make sure I was happy with the way things were going. They used a high quality satin finish paint, exactly as I wanted, and maintained a good thick coverage over the entire house. Don checked over their work and made sure I was satisfied before requesting payment from me. He even had his workers return to correct several things that were not completed or done properly, some things that I hadn't even noticed. The house looks fantastic, and I've already had several compliments from people in my neighborhood. I would highly recommend Don Polson Painting.

Don, the owner, set a very knowledgeable crew of four to work in the morning, and they came back in PM to check on the finished result. The crew members were very professional and very nice. They did a great job. We never expected this kind of quality for such a reasonable price.

DON POLSON IS A VERY NICE MAN, HE RETURNED ALL MY CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS PATIENT WITH MY BUSY SCHEDULE IN GETTING BACK TO HIM. THE HOUSE LOOKS GREAT, I GET MANY COMPLIMENTS. THEY GAVE ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL EVEN PAINTING THE NUMBERS ON MY MAILBOX SO THEY REALLY STAND OUT AND LOOK NICE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN BASICALLY 24 HOURS.

THEY PERFORMED THE WORK QUICKLY WITHOUT SACRIFICING QUALITY. THE MEMBERS OF THE CREW WERE VERY POLITE. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY MADE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.

THEY FILLED ALL THE CRACKS BEFORE THEY PAINTED. I SAW SOME CRACKS SHOWING THROUGH AND THEY CAME BACK TO REDO. VERY EAGER TO PLEASE AND WANTS TO BE HAPPY. WILL ALWAYS RECOMMENED THEM AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
