Very happy with the work....crew was punctual and worked hard. finished in about a day and a half. they caulked EVERY seam in the new siding, every window...did a great job!

Great experience. Quickly came for an estinate They were very patient with us as it took quite some time for us to decide on house colors. They kept putting samples on the walls for us and were not pushy about a decision. They worked on the weekend and finished the house in 2 days - 1 story house, 2000 sq ft with only a few touch ups needed later in the week. They were very good about filling in small cracks in the stucco and caulking all windows. After the completion, they came back later in the week to walk through the work with us to make sure we were happy.

I called Polson Painting, left a message and received a call back. Don Polson made arrangements to meet me, look at the job site and promised a written estimate via email. He was prompt, very professional and easy to work with. We arranged for the painting to be done, which had to be moved around some weather issues, but no delays due to the painters. We are extremely pleased with the results, price and professionalism. So happy that we are contracting him to do some interior painting.

Spoke with someone on the phone about getting an estimate. They said they would stop by the next day to do an estimate and leave the paperwork at the door. However, two weeks later, no one has come by nor did I receive a phone call from them.

Don's team is the best at what they do! I delayed this posting just to see if I could find a mistake anywhere on the house. I have yet to find anywhere the painters missed a spot or even went outside the lines! I had multiple colors being painted on my house and the team did a marvelous job with a very clean look. Is was very obvious to me that everyone on the team was treated well with the level of detail and respect they gave each other and my family. I know we've all had those contractors who do the minimum and will cut corners where they can. Rest assure Don's team takes pride in their work and will complete the job as if the house was their own. Thanks Don!

They did a great job! Very professional and neat - finished in one day. The colors that were recommended were perfect. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to have them back. They came recommended to me by Southeast Cleaning, to which I am extremely greatful!

I would have them back in a heart beat. They worked efficiently, effectively and the work was done very professionally. They were a plaesure. No surprises, no excuses. They showed up when they said they would, they did the job in the time frame they said they would and they kept to the price they quoted. Every room was done beautifully. All these qualities are nearly unheard of today. This is one company who underpromises and over delivers instead of the other way around.

The painter could not come the day expected, but called to let me know and set up another appointment. Came that day for a brief estimate. I think he was probably doing another job and that is why he had trouble getting here. I chose the company that has workers comp for my job (not yet performed).

Patched, painted and caulked exterior of the house. Job took 2 to 3 days. Did a great looking job with a couple of areas in the stucco that needed repair.

prompt arrival. performed job as quoted. responsive to my calls. Kinda of messy, had to create punch list and keep checking it was done correctly. Alot of overspray problems in my garage and areas of light coverage which I had to keep pointing out. Never did clean overspray to my satisfaction in garage. In the end i had to do it myself. I would use them again but I'd have to watch them very closely.

They were great about notifying me of different issues they came about and how to resolve these. They are very receptive to me wanting to be involved. I would walk around and inspect sections, which they would invite me to do. The owner called at the end of each day to ensure I was happy with the progress and the work. I spoke with three different contractors and they had the lowest price too!

Eveything was wonderful. They were neat, professional, and great to work with. Their prices were amazing and I cannot say enough good things about this company. Everyone is complimenting me on how good my house looks.

Don and his team did an excellent job. They were prompt and very courteous. They moved furniture that was too heavy for me to move; they took mirrors and pictures off the walls that I could not; they put the hangers back where they were so I knew exactly where to rehang items. Sometimes Don is not quick to respond to phone calls but the quality of his work is definitely worth the wait. Once the project started, Don was in contact with me to make sure I was pleased and did a thorough inspection at the end. I will definitely use him again for future projects.

Excellent experience with Polson Painting. Don Polson and his crew painted the exterior of our home about six months ago. We were so happy with that experience, we called them back to pressure-wash, patch (repair) and paint our lanai deck. Again - very professional and a quality job with premium quality paint.

They did an excellent job. They used the exact paint that I had requested from Sherwin Williams, they caulked and primed before painting and covered all the windows and surrounding ground areas for protection. Don's crew arrived when promised and were very professional and efficient. Don returned after the job was completed to check the quality and even found a few things that I hadn't noticed that needed touching up. He had a guy return promptly to do the touch up. I had this paint job done 3 years ago and it still looks like a new paint job today. I still get comments from people about how good it looks. I highly recommend Don (Polson Painting) for his professionalism and quality.

They provided very good service, did quality work and did it quickly.

They were very careful around the furniture. They were very good about not getting paint on our new travertine floors. They are very courteous. They take pride in their work. The work was perfect. The pricing was fair. They did the job quickly and professionally.

The staff was good in painting the outside of my house, but the owner who painted my door did an unsatisfactory job. I will need to re-do it my self. He said that he would come back and never showed up. Their price was reasonable. His attention to detail did not meet my expectations, but the crew did a great job painting my house and deck.

They did superb work. There was no spilled paint and even when I pointed out another area where ants were still entering, they were quick to re-caulk and seal the area. The owner did a walk-through after the project was completed and even did a quick touch-up himself.

When we called Mr. Polson to set up the job he was very responsive and returned calls promptly. He gave an estimate and even matched prices with another to get the job. He had a crew of 3 guys show up to paint the house. They were very nice and polite guys. One stayed on his cell phone a lot and that made me question the quality of his work and was not very professional. The other two worked very hard and almost 11 hours a day. Mr Polson did call us and check on the progress of the job. He kept very close contact at that time and did respond to any questions we had. This was a large job and I know, in general, it is difficult to re-match texture on the walls and ceilings. One room had 6 holes in the ceiling. This was a decent job at accomplish those tasks. Some visitors to our house would debate this opinion, but we were pleased with the job overall. At the end of the job, Mr. Polson returned and made sure all of the areas were to our satisfaction. There was one hole in the wall that I thought they were going to repair, but it was the size a utility cover could go over it. Mr. Polson agreed to have some one out "in a few days to repair it." We said ok and we paid him in full for a job complete. Mr. Polson offered to send out a crew to touch up the paint after we moved in. He said if we needed this then to just let him know. We were not living in the house while they were painting, but I was still expecting for the painters to haul their own trash. The painters used an old trash can that was in the garage and placed cans of paint and water with no trash bag in the can. The garbage man would not pick it up, so we had to bag all of that mess in order for the garbage man to pick it up. I thought that was not very professional. We decided to take Mr. Polson up on his offer to touch up the paint and to seal the hole in the wall. We called him 3 times. He did not return the call for over 2 weeks, but he did finally send a crew out. Once everything was done, we were pleased with the finished product; but the experience was not top notch.

Guarantees, he'll come back if anything is wrong or you need a touch up. He wants to make sure the job is so good, that you are going to give his name out. He seems to take pride in his work. About 7 homes in our neighborhood, have had their house painted by him.

They were extremely neat and punctual. They taped all of the windows and covered all of the doors with plastic and paper. They also covered all the plants with plastic. They worked very hard for 2 days. They are very clean and neat. I am very happy with them and highly recommend them.
