Rich Saponetti is a great house painter. He did a one-man job on our 3000 sq ft house and didn't miss a detail. We thought we had prepped pretty well, but Rich caulked every hole and crack we missed. They covered windows with clear film so we could still get light in. He used a shield he designed to keep paint from going where he didn't want it. The house ended up looking great. Plus, Rich was reliable and friendly. Couldn't ask for better.

Their start date was delayed several weeks due to rainy weather. Not much they can do about that, though it would have been nice if they stayed in contact to let me know about date changes. They knocked a piece of roof soffit off during cleaning and they replaced and repaired it without any hassle which I appreciated. The painting on the house was good, though they forgot to paint the outdoor lights around the garage doors. When the owner came by to collect payment I showed him the lights and he said he'd send someone to paint them, so I paid him. That was a mistake. I should have waited to pay until the work was 100% completed. They did paint the lights, but it was a terribly sloppy job. The paint chipped and cracked just days later. I called Don three times afterwards and left messages. He has never answered the phone nor called back. I'm disappointed in such unprofessionalism and his lack of care about the quality of their work So if you do choose to use them make sure you check every inch of their work before you pay as you'll never hear back from them once you pay.

Overall the service was prompt and finished completely but poor quality. Specifically on the front door which started bubbling about 4 weeks after the job was complete. As soon as I saw the bubbles I started calling for them to come out to correct and it took 5-6 attempts for them to return my call. They corrected the problem and then it started again about 4 weeks after that. I called immediately when I saw them appearing again but they have not returned my multiple calls. Gave it to my husband to call and own and they are not returning his calls either. A BIG disappointment because all the extra time and effort of calling, scheduling and complaining would have been avoided that they used the proper base primer for a metal door.

Outside of the house pressure cleaned, primed and painted. No high pressure sales tactics.

It went fantastic. Everything on time and as promised.

Chris was awesome to work with. The customer service really floored me, and the price was the lowest quote out of three Angie's list painters. They got the job done ahead of schedule and accommodated any last minute requests I had. They had to replace some dry walls and I added the stairs as well. They did a great job.

We were very happy with Polson Painting?s service in all ways. Our house looked great after Don?s team pressure washed it. They arrived on time, were timely in the completion of the job, and didn?t leave a mess. We couldn?t have asked for better service or results. We are now permanent customer s of Polson Painting and will call on them for all of our future painting needs. Well done!

could not have been a better experience! Not only did they beat the next bid by over $3K they went over and above doing all the "little things" in preparing the house exterior and included, at no extra charge, pressure-washing and staining some outdoor furniture. I'd recommend their services in a heartbeat!

Fantastic! Don was recommended through a friend. The guys that did the work were great, Don was great. The whole experience was great. Amazing what a nice paint job does to the look of your house. He came out and checked the work after the fact to make sure everything was picked up. The guys left it in tip top shape. I would use him again if I need. THANKS DON!

He took his time and was very knowledgeable. His estimate was very reasonable and I will most likely go with him.

They painted all the walls and interior doors and did very well in moving and replacing all the heavy furniture. They worked quickly and did well. We were happy with their work.

All in all this was a very good experience. The painting took 3 days to complete. Chris Stubbs (Sales guy) was excellent to work with. Easy to talk to and very responsive. The only issue that I had was that the painters need to do a better job of prepping the house to be painted. This includes more paper on the floors and furniture etc being covered with plastic. They worked very hard for 3 days to complete this project. I would recommend this company to anyone needing interior painting done.

He kept trying to let me paint the outside of my house. I called back to schedule the indoor work it and he didn’t answer his phone or his email.

We will use this company after we get the siding repaired on the house.

Pressure washed, dug around the entire foundation area to paint several inches below the water line, primed first, and used good quality paint....touched up aft er with Don Polson present to inspect. Very good service and the best my house has looked in 42 years.

We were limited in colors but it wasn't a problem. He was prompt and very professional. He did an excellent job.

The price was great! They sent in a team that was professional and worked meticulously. The owner helped me choose the colors and even called to make sure I was happy with them once they were on the walls. He even stopped in during the job to check in on the work. They are still currently completing the work and they are doing an awesome job!

Don's crew did an excellent job. I only wish that I had hired them for the inside job.

Don & his team were very professional. They accommodated our schedule to get the estimate and paint colors and gave me everything I needed for prompt approval by our HOA. We had just put in new sod and lights and they were very respectful of our property. We purchased additional shutters and they painted and hung those as well. We are new to the neighborhood and have had numerous neighbors stop and tell us how wonderful and warm our home looks. Polson did a fantastic job and we are VERY pleased with their results and their work. We will use them again. Les Stearns
