Description of Work: We had a pipe leak in the slab. They called in a leak detector because they did not want to break concrete unnecessarily. Once detected, they returned and fixed the broken pipe and filled the hole. They are always dependable, and are very honorable in their |business dealings.

Description of Work: They installed afood disposal which went well. I asked him about a new faucet on the bathroom sink and he said he would but never did. Overall, I think $99 was too much for one item but I am glad it is. Maybe the next time I need a plumber, I will make sure he is able to whatever I need.

The price he charged for the toilet he provided plus installation and connecting a bathroom sink was what another plumber had quoted for only the cost of the toilet he would provide. Vladimir is professional and his work is fast and clean. I plan to use his company again later this year for another plumbing project. I would highly recommend Optimum Plumbing for great value and a job well done!!

Description of Work: Repair two copper pipes under the concrete slab; Both were busted/leaking and causing flooding in that area of the condo. Chris and his team had to bust through my tile and concrete slab, repair/replace pipes, fill the hole, and pour cement. It took about 6-7 hours. I would use them again.

 + 0 moreOptimum was great to work with. They were on-time professional with fair pricing. Chris and his crew were great. Had them out on a Thursday to consult and give me a quote. Had them out the following Sunday and they were able to complete everything in about 5-6 hours. They were clean, prepared, and had no problems with the install. I'd certainly use them again and recommend to any friends.
Description of Work: Installed a new dishwasher, sink and faucet. Re-plumbed for a new single bowl sink. Installed Water Softener.
