+ 0 moreStarted work without a permit illegally. Did not use right materials and never got inspected before installing rock board and stucco. Just has been red tagged and shut down until permit is issued and work can be inspected! Frank the owner I think called me names because I called city and notified them work was done illegally and not up to code.
