Jeff first called and canceled my scheduled appointment because he had something come up...I had taken off of work that day and was rather upset. The following week, i had my roommate manage the inspection, since I was unable due to work. The appt was supposed to be at 1100 Am and he called her to let her know he would come down later around noon, because he took another appt up near where he was. Umm, ok, thats professional to call at the last minute - I think NOT!Then when he was supposed to arrive at noon, he didn't, instead showing at 122pm instead, stating he had to grab a burger, because he was starved. My roommate was rather upset that she had to wait around all day fo rthis guy whom couldn't manage to keep his appointmnets on time, let alone was rude!he came in,, went up into the attic and did his inspection, but upon coming down from the attic, managed to make a mess of the insulation spilling out of the attic entrance. My roommate handed him a broom and he laughed. very unprofessional, for not cleaning up his mess. Secondly, he went out into the garage and because he couldn't see my lexan hurricane panels, he simply turned around and said well, I have to see them, and kept on going on to the exterior of the house. About 20 minutes later he left and never explained to my roommate about what she needed to show him or provide, etc.I received a report, that was sent to my insurance agent and he stated he couldn't give me the full credit for wind mitigation due to not seeing the panels and that I had a glass front door and patio door. However, I possess the panels and they were in the corner of my large 3-car garage. Long story short, we went back and forth on email and he was rather rude stating I couldn't be bothered to take off the time from work, to handle his inspection and since i left in the care of someone else, it was my fault and I would have to pay an additional amount if i wanted him to return and fix the inspection, etc., due to him responding to my emails, etc.Bottom line, he was extremely unprofessional, rude, punctuality was a joke and he blamed me for not being there - when he originally cancelled the first appointment. I would never hire this guy, ever again!! If anyone would like to see the email traffic, I am more than happy to provide!!
