I'm a Licensed Structural Engineer (S.E) and Professional Engineer (P.E), not just a P.E, most other engineers are only P.E's.

I create construction documents for you to obtain a building permit, then during construction, I respond to questions from the contractor. In my 20+ yrs, I've done just about everything, no project is to small or to large: Additions, decks, remodels, fences, signs, fire damage, new construction, residential and commercial to name a few. I'd be more than happy to send you a list of projects I've worked on when requested.
