A porch had caved in and a couple of other ones were sinking. It was for a 4-plex that I have. They were brick porches. They raised it back up and repaired those. There were four porches. I've used them one time before. It was pretty good. One of the porches totally caved in. They ripped it completely off and redid it. There wasn't any dirt underneath the first porch. The second porch had dirt under it, so they just removed a few bricks and then they filled in say 6-8 inches and then they put the bricks back down. It was the same thing with the back porch. They needed to put more filling back in underneath the bricks, but they had to remove all of the bricks in the back. So with two porches they had to remove the whole top and then redo it. With one porch they had to put a new footer down for the wall because it had pushed out the brick wall. So they put a new footer in for that. So, professionally, they did a pretty decent job between weather and stuff, which they can't control. The one where they just removed a few bricks and then put filling underneath it, they didn't fill it all the way. I had to tell them that they had to come back. They redid that. I was satisfied with the work.
