We had used this company before for work in a bathroom, so we were already aware of the quality. While the tile prices may be a bit pricier than some other vendors, they have very good subcontractor installers and are very prompt about getting the job done. The job was completed within one day.

My spouse and I stopped by this location today and we were not acknowledged at all when we came into the store by the employee working there. We were there for almost 10 minutes and we were still not acknowledged by the worker there. She was working with someone at the time, but that is no excuse not to greet customers as you come into the store. After being ignored all that time, we decided to leave the store. First impressions are very important and we were very disappointed and dissatisfied on how they treat customers (or in this case, not treat customers). We went there based on the reviews posted, but what we experienced today is completely contrary to what we read about this company. We will take our business elsewhere to a company that is more welcoming to customers.

Provider met estimated time lines, dates, and estimates with exception of under estimation of number of trim pieces needed. This delayed the completion date by one week for which provider absorbed the added cost. Project has received compliments from several visitors to our home.

The job they've done is just fantastic. The labor price was very reasonable. They have a nice showroom with a knowledgeable person who can give you tips and steer you into what you want. They are very patient and don't get frustrated; they're just very helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the kitchen floor.
