+ -1 moreI was a customer who called to inform them my lawn was covered with sedge weeds...you would think they would have addressed this issue prior, since it is their job. Tech came out and treated most of my lawn...he did miss a few large sections which I viewed on camera. Anyway, we still have a sedge weed problem and when I called back and spoke to Carolina to inform them that I need to see a change by the end of the month, she stated she can cancel my service now. Lol. They claim a no weed guarantee on their website which is completely false advertising. This was a new construction with new sod and has been in their care since we closed. Taking my business elsewhere...

+ -1 moreEveryone at Grass Monkey Pest Control is beyond helpful! They are professional, courteous, and take their time during every application. They call prior to arrival so gates can be unlocked, they alert us of any issues and go above and beyond to ensure the service is done right.
