Ronin with Grace House Painting is exceptional. He met with my husband initially to discuss scope work for the exterior of house which involved repairs, removal of wood, new stucco, screen removal, pressure washing and exterior paint. He also asked to meet with me so we were all on the same page. Ronin is very professional. He kept us very informed of the daily progress and time frame of work to be done. Excellent craftsmanship. He went above and beyond what I anticipated. No hidden charges amount due was amount proposed. Very thorough and meticulous, not matter if it was repair work, pressure washing or painting and he always cleaned up after himself. You didn't even know he was there after he left. Extremely professional and easy going. GHP was very attentive to every detail and performed (quality) work that was beyond the scope of the contract. GHP was also able to accommodate us when midstream the color we originally chose, looked much worse than expected, and we had GHP repaint about 60% of the house with a new color, without having to reschedule to another date. I would absolutely hire GHP again and strongly recommend this company.
