Description of Work: Demo existing Garden Tub, Demo existing wall tile in tub area, Demo floor tile as needed to tie in new owner provided floor tile and grout, Frame in now end cap to receive new 5' x 32' tub. install durok backer board on wet area to receive new wall tile, relocate existing drain and supply line location to receive new tub, install new owner provided tub, faucet and spout,m install and grout tile around tub and frameed area to include medallion, remove all construction debris as relates to this project.
