After calling several other termite / pest control companies, and not getting an answer or call back, I called Family Pest Control. I was able to arrange an appointment right away, and the owner came out at my earliest availability. He was very thorough in his inspection, and gave me detailed information about my situation. He treated the entire area (and then some) - I could tell he took great pride in his work and really wanted to be sure my infestation issue was resolved. Six months later, it is still insect-free! I highly recommend his service - my only regret is that it took me so long to write him a well-deserved excellent review.

IT went quite well...I had a major ant problem to the point that hundreds would spill out of my bathtub faucet every few days when i went to take a shower...this is more than i can handle...i found Family Pest Services on Angie's List, gave them a call and set up treatment for one year, with a treatment each quarter...I was told to give it about 7-10 days after the first treatment to flush all the little critters out and i have not had an issue since then...i also appreciate the treatment that was done on the exterior of my home...definitely recommend this company

He was quick, professional and helpful on the first visit. Pointed out several areas to address to prevent bugs from accessing the house. We have had no bug problems and would use them again.

Excellent experience. Less than 24 hours after I bought the deal, the company contacted me and scheduled a service date. Dan came out to do the pest control and was not only very professional and knowledgeable, but also could not have been more pleasant. I am very pleased so far.

Came with first treatment and most bugs were eliminated. Came for second treatment 2 weeks later and eliminated almost all the remaining bugs.

Everything has gone very well. I purchased a year round package through Angie's list. They were quick to respond to me, and I set up the initial appointment within a couple of days. They called the day of the appointment to let me know they were running early (how often does that happen) to see if they could come by a few minutes earlier. They were attentive, asking questions to see what issues we have had. He treated the areas inside thoroughly and took care of the yard as well. So far, no signs of pests at all. I will be having quarterly treatments as well, but certainly off to a great start with Family Pest and would absolutely recommend them.

Robert showed up early. Was extremely professional. Considerate and fun. He explained everything he would be doing, chemicals, etc. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do and cleaned the exterior of the home of bug debris and dust. I will be using him on a regular basis!

Excellent. Treated the inside and outside of the house, cleaned away webs from window sills, and treated lanai. Very efficient. I have set up a scheduled repetitive service.

Very pleasant man who did a thorough job, even cleaned spiders, etc, within my awnings. They have a yearly rate, I am thinking of doing that. Excellent job.

It went very well. The angies deal was very good. The most pleasant efficient man came on time exactly as arranged. They also went out of their way to make an appointment that was good for my schedule. He sprayed the kitchen area and bathroom, first, which is part of the offer and then did the entire perimeter of my house. He also used this long brush and cleaned inside every awning for spider eggs, etc. I also had a hornet's nest. He took care of that. He then offered a very reasonable yearly rate. He was a really nice and helpful guy. I am very happy and will probably take a contract and use them.

He mentioned that he had another call in my area and asked if you could stop by and take care of my service immediately. We arranged for a time and he arrived promptly. Without writing a book here, I will tell you that I am rarely impressed with any contractor, but I was with Robert. From the moment he walked in the front door (booties on his shoes) he exuded confidence and knowledge. He explained he had been in the business for some time and that quality service was his goal. He absolutely hit that goal in resounding fashion. He took his time! He did not rush through the work. He saw the ants and experiments to find the right bait for the job. He should me what he was doing and why he was doing it. The man has excellent customer rapport. Being an IT service person, I know good customer contact when I see it. He treated the inside of the house thoroughly and proceeded outside to do a barrier treatment as well as wipe down the house for spider webs and wasp nests. He was extremely thorough. Afterwards, he wrote a complete description of services rendered on his invoice and explained more than once that my satisfaction was guaranteed. If I was to have any continuing issues, he would come back to address them. It has now been a little over 2 weeks since the service and I've not had to call him back. The treatment appears to have been quite effective. We've seen a few straggling insects and a few dead ones that gave up the ghost. All in all, I will say that I was super-impressed with his demeanor and presentation. Best of all, the critters have subsided, almost immediately. In continuing to browse Angie's List as I do, Robert was not the cheapest service available, but, in my opinion, he is an excellent bang for the buck. A true and caring professional. If you are in need of pest control, hire this company. You won't be disappointed! FYI, the annual contract was $289 for the year, for 4 services.
