Dan is great to work with. His experiences and background of city planning and building codes made it very easy for me to choose him for my architectural needs. He came by and talked to me about my building plans then surveyed and took measurements. He is very friendly, prompt and professional. Within that same day he emailed me a rough draft to look over for approval. Three days later he called me and told me my engineering designs are done, stamped, signed and ready to submit to the city for permit approval. Awesome. Very knowledgeable and informative. I had to have my survey before he would agree to meet, just to make sure what I was about to build was allowable such as Set backs etc. He knew all the rules.

I contacted Dan about a bathroom remodel I was planning. Dan was very responsive when I contacted him, he listened to the work I wanted done and answered all of my questions. Dan drew up the plans and sent them over for my review. I requested a change on the plan and Dan had no problem making it and a week after our first meeting he had the final plans over to me. Provided recommendations based on extensive knowledge of city building requirements and codes, timely response, exceeded my expectations for both time and price. 2 years ago provided same outstanding service on a 450 sq ft addition of kitchen and living room. Additionally, provided a top ten list of reliable contractors and contractor originally chosen will be doing the build the present job due to being extremely honest and professional, an excellent recommendation. Originally Mr. Ossman was picked from Angies list, remains my absolutely top recommend architect for any project you plan. I can't thank him enough for his outstanding professionalism and service provided on both projects.
