Working with Dan was wonderful! He was very transparent on his designs and made really helpful and practical suggestions. We had thought about a bay window but he helped us to process through everything included. We ended up not moving forward with a bay window to save funds to put toward a different project, but he was instrumental in helping us to understand our ideas fully. 100% would trust his expertise and reach out to him again and again!

We hired Daniel for architectural services for our detached garage plans. Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He spent a lot of time with us to go over the details and to make sure we understood everything. He was very flexible with our schedule and even met with us at 7PM on a week night! We purchased a 1926 Spanish-style home which hadn’t had a lot of updates prior to our purchase. Dan spent a significant amount of time coming up with ideas for the new flow of the home, since it had a lot of wasted space and unnecessary walls, etc. He was very patient taking the time to thoroughly understand what our goals were and was quick to get us the design and final plans for our contractor to submit for permitting.

I needed engineer sealed plans in order to get the permit approved. Daniel was very courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. He came to the house to take measurements and had the plans complete in less than a week. I submitted them to the county and they approved them with no issue.

I was at my wit’s end regarding a residential building permit when I called Ossman Drafting Services. I had been working with a general contractor for three weeks who could not clear up conflicting information I had received from the city. Daniel spent about half an hour explaining exactly what I needed to do to pull the permit. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me the needed guidance in order to apply for the permit. I would, without any reservation recommend him 100% and hire him for any type of work he offers.
