Dan was so helpful. He gave us some good ideas that fit better into the layout of our house. He was prompt and did a great job all around!

As usual, Dan came through! This is the second time we've used him for plans. The first time was for a full bedroom suite addition to our house. He did such a great job that time that we wouldn't call anyone else to do the kitchen plans. He is beyond thorough and knows what he's doing. He kept us up to date throughout the entire process. went flawless .he is a real professional and very good at what he does. he walked us through are options on are remodel project (removal of load bearing wall) he came up with a lot better option that was very cost effective for me. he produced my plans quicker than promised and helped with questions I had even after being paid.(unusual now a days)

We originally thought we needed to add a living room on to the back of our house. Daniel took his time and thoughtfully suggested alternatives, until we arrived on a better solution. We're very excited about the changes we'll be making, and we couldn't have come up with this on our own. He recently provided sealed plans, along with recommended next steps to help us on our way with this project.

Daniel was very flexible and responsive and offered a lot of practical advice to help guide us through the construction process (offered recommendations on permitting services, contractors, etc.). Daniel was Fast, Friendly and Very Professional - and he caters to the Residential Market (smaller projects that need permitting - not many firms out there would even do what I needed done) We needed architect "stamped and signed" drawings to show the removal of a wall inside our home, the installation of new electrical and plumbing for a wet bar and the final design to apply for a permit in our local county. in addition to doing the required drawings, he spent the time to explain the local county permitting process. He provided all the required sets of prints for submittal to the county, as well as PDF's of all drawings provided. He provided review copies so we could mark up our electrical and plumbing information and quickly returned finals. He even scanned in my original building plans (D size) so I could have a copy electronically. I will definitely use Daniel again and his pricing was very reasonable (I had some similar work done in the past in another state, and Daniel's prices were in line with my expectations)

The process entailed many thoughts and opinions regarding the plans, and we are very pleased with the plans that we arrived at.

Daniel is a professional designer that did our plans for room and bathroom addition.He was very fast and was done much earlier than we expected, while still paying attention to details and quality. Just as I hoped for. Perfect ! 4 contractors have the on-line prints for construction quotes. All is on scheduled (so far). Prints were complete with perfect drawings, all construction details, what wood to use, door schedules with details, step details, Sizes of screws, mounting hardware, concrete specs. Everything needed in detail. Absolutely a top notch job. Knows what he is doing. (And Hillsborough County must be familiar with his work) Good Job !

I was set to close on the sale of my home when this popped up as a closing issue. Mr. Ossman was extremely responsive to the urgent time perameters and stopped his current projects to ensure this matter was resolved in time for the closing. He was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend him for any similar assignment.

Given this was over the holidays, this went fairly quickly....Daniel was ready before we were and provided completed plans to submit for permits and recommendations on how to work that process.

Dan was 1 of 3 companies I contacted to complete the work. Of all 3, Dan was the most communicative, punctual, and was extremely reasonably priced. His average turnaround time was weeks instead of months compared to his competition. On the initial consultation, Dan was able to immediately identify a complicated load point over the dining room that really threw a wrench in our plans. He was able to provide options on how to deal with it, along with ballpark ideas on cost. Ultimately, the solution we settled on provided a greater open concept and superior sight lines throughout the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Dan also demonstrated great ease interacting with our general contractor. Together, they were able to work out the details of construction and determine the appropriate changes to the scope of work to ensure the design was safe and would last without crippling the renovation budget. Finally, Dan successfully delivered the final blueprints in a timeline that is frankly jaw-dropping. Everything was complete and no issues raised with the permit application. I am so pleased with Dan and his work product. My wife and I are planning on a garage addition in a couple years and I have no doubt I will be following up with Dan to plan the design. I wholeheartedly recommend Dan's services.

Daniel is very professional, easy to work with and full of brilliant ideas. We had an original plan for our modifications that he looked at, he explained that what we were looking at would be costly. He made several suggestions that eventually led to a far supierior design that would cost about the same as originally planned with a lot more work done. Communication with him was easy and he replied promptly. His time estimates we very good and he would always deliver even faster than expected. I should also mention he is extremely patient. We delayed this project due to medical issues and many idea changes, but he was always ready to get back with us as soon as we were ready. He listens and makes suggestions based on your wants and budget. The next big project we undertake there would be no doubt I will use Daniel Ossman

. He was always available and answered all our question, that were many. We are still working on the construction and all the tradesmen have been complementary of Daniel's work. He gave us the plans wit extra copies and a cd in case we needed more. I would recommend him with complete faith in his professionalism.

Extremely happy with Mr. Osserman. Prompt service, knew all building codes, called city to confirm the codes, offered building suggestions based on what was allowed to be built, sent draft and incorporated changes into final plan. Answered all my questions; provided advise on how to obtain permits, bids, and hire a contractor; provided a list of trusted contractors. I couldn't be more pleased with his knowledge, dependability, patience and professionalism. I highly recommend him, provided flawless service.

I have a detached block building on my property that I have wanted to convert into a recreation room/workshop but wasn't sure of how to go about it exactly. Daniel Ossman contacted me shortly after I left a message for him through Angie's list. We set up an appointment and Mr Ossman came to take a look at the building and discuss exactly what I wanted to do. Daniel made measurements of the building and pointed out things that needed to be done before starting the permit process.. He also made suggestions on the layout that would help to utilize the area better. Mr. Ossman explained the permit/inspection process to me and what I could expect as the work progressed.. The next day I was emailed a draft markup of the things we had discussed, and was asked to review and approve it. Within a couple of days of this I met with Daniel and was provided two sets of drawings plus PDFs. We went over each drawing and he pointed out things that I needed to be aware of. Overall the whole process was very quick and thorough. I was impressed with Mr Ossman's knowledge and would definitely hire him again for future projects.

Our project was challenged by an overly controlling Homeowner's association. Mr. Ossman worked diligently to resolve our problems and provide us with a solution.
