This provider's contact was made after another provider was chosen to do the work. If the prior provider had not worked out I would have relied on Mr. Ossman's services.

The wife and I were wanted to build an outdoor kitchen as we started contacting general contractors the one thing they (the GCs) kept on saying was if we had drawings prepared or not. Keep in mind this is my first home and we have lived in it for a little under two years and this was going to be a HUGE project. All the GC would do a drawing for us but there was a big problem with that almost all of them would charge for the drawing and keep it unless I signed a contract with them. So I decided to go online and find a drafter and found Daniel. Daniel came to my house on time, and asked exactly what I wanted to have done with the house. I also had to tell him that my HOA are real sticklers so with how it needs to look. He gave suggestions and gave his reasoning behind those suggestions and basically offered him the project. After a couple of days of going back and forth as far as extra things to add to the drawing as suggestions he met up with me near where I work at to hand me the final draft. I was thoroughly impressed with how everything was done and was given to me the HOA looked at the plans and approved the project. so now I can break ground soon on the backyard. Daniel also said that if any issue arise with the GC to contact him to walk us through the issues. If anything else comes up I will add to this.

Dan took all of our ideas and needs to develop plans that we love. He also gave advice about permitting process, getting bids as well as contractors that he has had good reports/experiences with. He was able to produce complete sealed plans even faster than originally promised.

Awesome experience. Dan is very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He helped us every step of the way and is still available for questions even though plans are complete. I would not hesitate to use him again.
