First of all, they did not clean all the vents. They later told us that the attic crawl space was too small for them to get to; however, they did charge the full price. The workers tracked some kind of an oil-type residue on the carpeting in the bedroom, which cannot be removed. The charge was extremely exorbitant for the shoddy workmanship provided and we would absolutely NEVER use them again, nor recommend them to anyone. We don't know what his title was; but this guy was VERY pushy and everything had to be done TODAY!! We consider ourselves to be fairly savy when it comes to getting ripped off but we fell for it - so, we REALLY feel sorry for the elderly, whom they probably prey on!

Did not show up in time, never called to say they would be late and when they charged me for over 7 pounds of AC Coolant on a system that takes only 4 and told me there was 10 percent loss. Wondered about their math skills. The Coolant runs around 100 dollars about. Also charged me 4 to 5 hours to pick up a part at over 100 dollars an hour. Would have been cheaper to Fed Ex from the moon. I did get a small refund only after I complained, I did have to call over 5 times. think it was shut up money. PLEASE Never use the company. I am sure they will rebut the review, so buyer beware.
