Bay Area Sliding Door Repairs

Was a little pricy for the amount of time and work to be done but they work good and guys were friendly

I got two bids. Bay Area was significantly cheaper, faster, nicer and more communicative. I highly recommend them! Our sliding door is magically smooth now!

Most three weeks to get the screen door back I think they fixed it and put it aside and forgot about it had to call him back said they were sorry they be out today but the screen door they also said that it would take a week and as I said it was three weeks and I had to call him back

When paying using a debit card I was asked if I d like to give a tip. Being on a fixed income with no money to spare, it made me feel guilty that I couldn t do so. Felt the price charged with adequate to cover the cost and wages of those who did the work. Excellent job, in and out quickly and efficiently.

My sliding doors were stuck open - it was Sunday. They arrived in a few hours of my call despite the weekend and had the doors fixed quickly. Very nice, professional, and thorough.

Their promise was I would be able to open the door with one finger. From using both hands and all your strength to now just one finger as promised. The techs were great to work with. Just great A cut above the rest as they will tell you the truth about your doors and windows in my case the frames were original 1984 frames ocean facing .. advised much better built then the ones today redid runners and all glass for an outstanding price Call them first !

The owner was very personable and empathetic! He waited and scheduled immediately after I left the hospital. There was a 2 week wait and he was patient and efficient. The quality of work and manners of the servicemen were both excellent!!

Technicians were timely and courteous. They explained the issue and what the repair entailed. I was assured the part was lifetime guaranteed. I was shown the failing part before it was replaced. I wouldn't hesitate to call or refer them.

Did a great job. Doors that would not move without excessive struggling for 20 years now glide with one finger. The cost seems a little excessive ($700 for repair of 5 slider panels in 40 minutes) but I didn’t shop around so I guess that could be pretty average.
