They were able to come out the same day!! TJ and Logan worked very well as a Team and as such were able to complete the work quickly and efficiently. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and showed us the used parts and compared to the new ones. Both were very courteous to me and my wife and cleaned up after themselves. . I asked for the business card so I can give to my friends and neighbors should they require.

The team from Bay Area Sliding Door Repair did an outstanding job replacing the rollers in my 35 year old sliding glass doors. They got the correct parts, which had to be ordered. Installation was quick, clean and very professional . The follow up for any minor adjustments that were needed was fantastic. In addition I shopped for the best price. Bob is the best! Very prompt and responsive to solving my problem which was a shattered 5 foot sliding glass door. My lawn mowing company must have sent a projectile into the glass because it exploded. Bob took measurements of the oversized glass which was also bronze tinted. So it was an unusual replacement for size and color, but Bob got it in record time. For the install, he sent Ross and team who did an excellent job. They cleaned the shattered glass all over the patio, worked very professionally to install the 40 sq ft piece. They wore masks and were very polite and respectful to me. Excellent job and l appreciate it.

I'm hoping the door continue to work the way it works now. Time will tell. It no longer noisy when opened or closed. The young men worked well together and new rollers were installed much quicker than I expected.

They came out on time to repair my sliding glass door, but I had to show them out to remove the door. They did not have the correct part, and took pictures and said they would order the part and their manager would call me back. He never called, so I am still without an easy opening door. Would NOT use them again.

They did a poor job the first time, they came back today to correct the problem from the first time, still not really that happy, but it works. I would not hire them again. The first time, they left my doors filthy, black greasy fingerprints on both doors, inside and outside they did not clean up after themselves. Too much money for the job done. UPDATE 6/25/20. If you look at my previous negative review, you will see that they responded with, we are sorry you were not happy with the work they did, and offered a full refund if I wanted, which I would because the door still makes noise. When I called to inquire about this, and once the owner Mr. Jennings found out it was me, he started yelling at me AGAIN, He said that I would never be satisfied, well if they had done the job right the first time, he would not have heard from me. If this was a reputable company, it should not make any difference how many times they need to come back to make it right, especially after having to pay good hard money or a poor job.
