The only problem was getting grease on our carpet. The inside came clean but having trouble cleaning the carpet outside. I don't think they realized it.

The guys were polite and courteous. They did a great job. The only thing is we gave then a tip when we were ask if we wanted to not knowing it was 60.00 added to our bill. I don't think they should be expecting to be tip. The cost was very expensive to start with. That's my only complaint.

Service personnel made certain the hurricane slider was adjusted to our satisfaction.

They were supposed to call when they were on their way to my home, but didn't. When they arrived, they were very efficient in fixing my slider lock and replacing the glides on the slider; completed the whole job in half an hour. The slider and lock mechanism works perfect now.

TJ and Ross were friendly, effecient and professional. Had the job done in 45 min. It is true......can slide door with one finger.

This company is very professional and the technicians were very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs for sliding glass doors. Also, they did not try and up sell.
