Description of Work: They cleaned my roof and gutters. Lots of rain during the period of time that we were trying to schedule the appointment. Job could not be done when there was a possibility of lightning. Company kept me fully informed of appointment changes. Very nice and professional.

Description of Work: While all the work originally discussed could not be done due to weather conditions, I was pleased for the most part with the work that was performed and the price that I paid for what was completed. I had a brick driveway and sidewalk that had turned black in places and was getting slippery to walk on when wet. In addition to the bricked areas, the crew also cleaned the city sidewalk and gutters in front of my house, definitely making my home look much more inviting and upgrading the street appeal. After the work was done, the driveway looked new again. | |The only area where I had any concerns was a small decorative painted wall that had some green algae on it I asked to have removed. Unfortunately the process removed the paint in a few locations spots, including in one place exposing the concreate underneath. While not a major problem as I can touchup the wall myself, I was glad I had not needed to have a larger area done. | |The guys that came out where professional and hardworking and obviously wanted to make sure I was satisfied. The company also called me a few days later to confirm I was still satisfied and schedule a follow-up visit for the rest of the work I had originally planned to get done. Thanks ASAP for your work and your follow-up.
