Description of Work: Needed to have my gutters cleaned and I selected 3 times for the service to be performed. I received no calls until two days after the last time they were to show up. They said we were too far away from their service area. Please remove this contractor from your list. They did not have the decency to call before they were due to arrive.

Description of Work: Accepted the $44 special offer for sidewalk & driveway cleaning. Over the phone, I asked about cleaning the lanai. He said it would be about $50.00. When he got here, he saw some rust stains, and said it would be an upcharge for the special solution to clean that. He said the whole cost would be $125.00. I didn't realize that would be $125 over the original $44. That is extremely expensive for the size of my lanai. I would not have agreed to it. My total cost was $169
