the work was done on schedule and well, though the crew did not seem to be aware that cleaning the patio furniture was advertised as part of the service. When we asked about it they quickly did it.

The two workers did a good job but it would have been a AAA Outstanding job with another 10 minutes of work and $1 worth of product. A stubborn oil stain could have been easily removed with a 1/8 cup of Dawn dish detergent and a rust stain could have been removed with a spritz of a product called "Awsome" As it was they bleached the driveway which brought it to a very clean state with the exception of the dirty oil spot and the rust spot which was set forever with the addition of bleach.

Overall, well but the first group that came to the house told the owner they had been there an hour and they had too much work moving all the big plants, which they did not. They sat in their truck prior to the service and did nothing. But when we spoke to the owner, he sent out a different crew the next day who were great. Sometimes there can be issues with workers in any job but his response was perfect.

Purchased coupon off of Angie's List to have a double driveway and 50 ft of sidewalk pressure washed. Jason scheduled the work to be done on 5/19/15 at noon. I advised Jason that I had already pressure washed our front yard walkway but wasn't able to do the driveways, including a third car driveway beside our house. He said that as long as it was around 800 sq. ft. there would not be an extra charge. The guys showed up after 1:00 pm to do the work and they apologized for running late. This was okay with me as I am retired and would have been here all day anyways. They pressure washed all three driveways and they look much better, however there were some stains that they could not get removed and he showed them to me and my husband. I told him that was alright as the driveways have never been pressure washed since we have lived here and I was just thankful that they were able to remove the built up grime, algae and oak tree pollen. Over all things went well and the driveways look great and I would use them again in the future, possibly for a roof cleaning.

They were Quick and very responsive. Did a great job - I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

It went great. They arrived early, around 8 and were there till almost 3:30. They were very thorough and made sure every part of the house looked great. Had me come out a few times to make sure I was happy with how it was going. But really- they were the ones looking everything over and making sure nothing was missed. The house is sparkling now. Not quite sure of pricing because Mr.Honey Do arranged for the service, but I would definitely recommend this company.

After a little bit of miscommunication, which Jayson quickly responded to, the job was performed well and I would use ASAP Pressure Cleaning again.

Excellent Workers

I have never experienced such a transforming cleaning of my property. I have done the work myself in years past and hired a professional 2 year ago, however, Jason and his team flat put the CLEAN on my entire property. It took them all day but they left me with a like-new property from roof top to driveway!!! I finally realized what a difference a true professional cleaning makes. I am quite handy and do most all the work on my house, where I have lived for 24 years, but I have never been able to come to replicating the results they were able to achieve. I've used Angie's list for a roofer that didn't work-out as planned, and for a carpet installer that DID! But this experience confirms my confidence once more. $600 and worth every penny. It looks like I just painted the house and deck and patio!. Thanks Jason & Co. John

I had an appointment for 11am. I was called at 10:50 and was advised they were unable to meet deadline but would call with ETA. They ended up getting here close to 5p. They did fine on the pressure washing but I found out they had solicited neighbors which is not allowed and there is a sign outside the community stating this. I was contacted before they had even gotten out of my street so I am not pleased by this and that's why so low on professionalism. Price was from Angie's List big deal plus I paid extra for lanai UPDATE: I never INSISTED they come that day, was okay with the delay, but when he called and said they would be leaving to come, I DID suggest rescheduling because of pending storms but he said no that they would come. My information above about the timings is for information only to let people on this site know exactly what happened. That's what Angie's List is. "How'd it go? We want all the details" As for canvassing...that is soliciting and I was immediately called by the guardhouse because of complaints. My neighbor possibly is the one who reported you or it could have been someone else. As also stated, the job itself was fine. ASAP seems to be a good company, Jayson was sorry for the delay and I'm not demeaning the company, just stating the facts

They did a great job. They were on time and finished within the hour or so they said it would take to complete the job.

BUT IT WAS WORTH IT IN THE END!! Had an appointment to have pool cage and deck cleaned on May 7th between 12 and 1. Had call about 1:15 telling me that they would be late: about 4 hrs late! Another call around 5 that they were still running late and did I want them to come or change appointment to the next day. Jason would come himself between 2 and 3. Another call at about 3 on the next day - yesterday - that they were still trying to catch up with the delay of the day before due to being 2 people short - and should they come late or on Saturday. I decided that I wanted it done yesterday. They came about 4:30 and went to work. Jason and his employee were polite, pleasant and most of all professional. As I mentioned before, I had only contracted for cleaning of the pool cage and pool deck. The additional cleaning was done as a bonus due to the fact that we had trouble scheduling. When they were finished I asked if they could possibly clean the driveway since they were already there - they agreed - and I was charged the minimal fee of 35 dollars ........... again, because of the problems we had scheduling. The results: simply beautiful!!!!!!!! We realized that the pool deck was in horrible shape due to the fact that we didn't have it cleaned in a very long time ...........but somehow they managed to make it sparkle. My daughter called this morning and said she could tell the difference walking on it with bare feet :) I will definitely call Jason again and will highly recommend him to anyone. As I said in the beginning: IT WAS WORTH IT IN THE END.

Jason called and scheduled the service. When it rained that day, he called and rescheduled. His two guys showed up right on time, immediately started working and proceeded until they were done. They placed the rugs and furniture back on the lanai. We walked around together to look at everything to make sure we were satisfied.

It went as expected. It was fine. We purchase additional work after they got here. They were prompt. Their work was exactly as described and I have no complaints. We purchase the Big Deal for the front and we had the back as well. They were professional. They explained what they would be doing and that their chemicals were safe. They told us what we have to do to keep our plants safe. I decided to go on this company because of other Angie's List members who have used them.

I was completely happy with the job ASAP did. Our driveways looked great! My reason for the B on price was that I felt the extra charge for our second driveway was a little high. It was supposed to be at a reduced rate. But that aside, we were very happy with the job!

They did an excellent, excellent job. The screens, and the pool all look great. I recommend them wholeheartedly. It was the best $149 I ever spent. They were polite, they knew what they were doing, and they did a great job. He gave me information on how to have dog doors installed into the screens around the lanai.

When they arrived; they got right to work and finished in a very timely maner.

I was pleased with their cleaning. When they did the house, they went beyond what was required to clean the fenced area for the pool filter and around the well and sprinkler area. I will use them again next year.
