Purchased a dead for pressure washing on AngiesList. They were great with quick scheduling and were able to get the job done immediately. Did a great job and I'd definitely use them again.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for pressure washing of my driveway/sidewalk to satisfy my HOA. It took a few weeks and a couple of e-mails for the guys to come out and do the cleaning, but they hooked me up and cleaned my walkway as well. The cleaning was high quality and thorough. If you're not in a rush for cleaning, these guys are well worth it.

It was just a deal I got, they were good. It was just cheaper. The only thing is that someone threw some stuff on my driveway like chalking, paint and stuff, my kids were playing on it and that was really it. They were just good, responsive, did the normal. Workers were easy. I didn’t have to deal with them, they did their job and went. It took maybe a half hour, 25 minutes or so.

I very much enjoyed working with the guys at ASAP. They did an outstanding job cleaning all of the areas of concern and did not damage any shrubbery. In addition, a coating was recommended for some of the concrete surfaces. I agreed to have it done and it looks fabulous! I highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them the next time I need pressure cleaning!

I use ASAP every year, and this year was just as good as the others. Jayson always promptly responds to contacts and works closely with your schedule. The day they came there was a light rain and though a thorough job was done, after it dried the next day, there were a few minor streaks. I called Jayson who was apologetic and fully committed to correcting it. He schedule a day to return and fully redid the job. This is an ethical and high-quality business that I fully endorse and will continue using myself

They were a little bit slow to respond to my first call and then on follow-up issues. There was some disconnect between different people in their company as it relates to price. The on site estimated have me a number and a discount. The proposal came in slightly higher with a smaller discount. I emailed back with my understanding and they agreed to it. The person on site doing the work provided an invoice for the proposed amount, not the agreed to amount. He agreed to accept it. There was no resistance to my position, but it is annoying that changes in price aren't retained. I think their service is a bit pricey. on the service side, they worked with us on our schedule, showed up when they said they would, and did a very good job. They went back over a couple of areas at our request. They were polite and very pleasant to work with.

After playing phone tag for a day or two, I was contacted by the owner who said he had a crew in the area (actually,eating lunch at his home in an adjacent subdivision) and asked if it would be convenient for him to send them over when they finished their lunch. I was more than happy to have them come on over and get the job done. The crew arrived shortly thereafter and I explained to the crew chief that I did not want them to pressure wash the walkway from the driveway to the front door because the faux slate cap on the concrete walk had popped loose in several spots. The chief was insistent on, at least, hand washing the walk in order to clean several dirty spots that would have detracted from the appearance of their work, making it look less than professional. The total area was 260 square feet over the 500 square feet covered by the Angie's List Deal and I was pleased to receive the same 10 cents per square foot rate as the Deal for the extra area. The crew members were all friendly and cheerful. The work was completed quickly and done well. I would recommend this service to anyone interested.
