+ -1 morePhil called to confirm and arrived on time. He spent about 4 hours inspecting the house,inside and out. Before he left he discussed his report and showed us all the problems that he'd found. That evening we had the entire report sent by email along with all of the pictures that he'd taken. He gave us many valuable suggestions regarding getting the house ready of sale. I have already recommended him to friends.
Description of Work: We are planning on selling our house in a year and wanted to get a good idea of any deficiencies that a home inspector would find, so that we could get the house in shape,and not have any surprises. Phil inspected every plug, door and window (inside and out), A/C units and vent and intake, walls (interior/exterior), floors, concrete driveway and sidewalk, roof,sprinkler system, sinks.
