ALL AMERICAN SEAMLESS GUTTERS

The salesman was very high-pressure. He wanted to install gutters on the side of the house, which was entirely unnecessary. He offered a 20% discount, but his discounted rate was still substantially higher than anyone else. He also was the only person that didn't give me a written estimate.

I received three quotes to install gutters around my home. I chose All-American due to their quick response and eagerness to get the job. Their price was comparable to the other quotes I received. The installer (Joe Dekle) started the installation late afternoon of 8/31/05. The job was completed approx 8:30 pm. I periodically checked their work and it looked fine. Unfortunately, when they completed the job, it was dark and I failed to notice that four of the downspout were not facing the way it was agreed upon with the salesperson (Byron Dekle-father of Joe). I contacted Joe, who twice arranged a date to come by and correct the problem. However, he never showed up. After my check cleared, my calls were not returned. I submitted a complaint to the BBB but All-American did not respond to them either. Apparently All-American does not care about their reputation. Don't count on this company to stand by their work.
