Inspector checked all the boxes on their "required" form. However, gave little details as to items that were or were not working.

Punctual, efficient, thorough and very knowledgeable. I had specific questions with regard to a certain type of pipe used in plumbing, as the insurance company which I had contacted about insuring the home had advised that they would not write a policy on a home with either polybuteylene or pex pipe. Tom advised that polybuteylene was generally not used after '96. The home I am hoping to buy has copper, which was a relief to me. I also inquired about hurricane clips, and a wind mitigation report for the roof. He explained and went into detail as to different roof styles (Hip , flat or and quot;otherand quot;) as classified by insurance companies. His report was done at the end of the day, and emailed to me, along with a picture of a detail on the roof which would need repair.

These guys are terrible, do not use!
