"This company was hired by CHOICE HOME WARRANTY to repair my Refrigerator ICE MAKER, the Technician just came in looked at it and told my wife that he will be back when the part came in. two week later he came back with a ice maker and just swapped it out and that didn't fix the problem! I called the company to tell them that it was not fix and I was told that they would check check into it, that was back on December 11,2024, I called on Dec. 11,2024 no help! I called on Dec. 13, 2024 , I was told that someone would get back to me . I called again on Dec. 19, 2024 , I was told that they were backed up and someone would call me back, NOTE: This work order was started on October 15 2024......... I told the technician that it was not DISPENSING the ice, it make ice but will not Dispense the ice......."

"Over the weekend my 14 yo garage door opening destroyed the belt that opens the door. I called at 8am. I left a vmail with the problem I had. My called was returned in less than an hour. I told them that since my opener was 14yo that I would like to replace it. She said that one her guys had to deliver a door, and that he would be available within the hour. He arrived about 10am. Very nice guy, went straight to work and was done in less than 2 hours. I'm very happy with the new opener, it's very quite, and like the new features."
